No complaints at all - food was excellent, room was clean, evening entertainment was very good (live bands), service was good, very nice atmosphere to the hotel, we enjoyed our stay

Hotel perfecto para una escapada ,cerca de la playa y a todos los lugares de interes.
Personal de comerdor muy amables y atentosen especial Rocío, pendiente siempre de todo.
Punto negativo para el camarero del Pub.
Pocas ganas de trabajar,y demasiado,demasiado,demasiado nervioso y mal educado "debe ser exceso de cafeina" .
El primer dia nos quiso cobrar una consumición de más y al hacerle la observación, ya le caimos mal para el resto de los días, tuvimos que poner en conocimiento de dirección su conducta totalmente inadmisible hacia nosotros.
Afortunadamente la persona encargada de dirección nos escuchó y mostró su preocupación ante tales hechos.
Aparte de este incidente,hotel de 10 y seguro que volveremos.

Es la tercera ocasión que visitamos este hotel, y en términos generales es acorde al precio que se paga.
Valoramos mucho a los dos monitores de Noa y Junior, que estando solos hacen los posible para entretener a los niños.
Auqnue en teoría es un hotel familiar, el 90% de los huespedes son jubillados o personas más senior. Fundamentalmente Bristish.
El bufet a la hora de comer es muy justito, a la cena es un poquito más variado.

L’hôtel est bien situé, mais attention, il n’y a pas de parking sur place. Un parking est disponible à proximité pour 29€/jour, ce qui peut vite s’ajouter au budget de votre séjour. Autre point à noter, la piscine est assez petite par rapport au nombre de chambres. Pour espérer trouver un transat, il est impératif de se présenter dès 8h30 pour poser sa serviette, sinon il y a de fortes chances que vous ne trouviez pas de place. Ce sont des aspects à prendre en compte avant de réserver.

We a family of 4 had a great stay at this hotel, spotless clean, the staff were amazing nothing too much trouble. We went half board breakfast was excellent alot of variety unfortunately evening meal not so much pretty much same thing each night so thats why not the full 5 star rate. Saying this would stay again but just B&B.

Bien situado, a dos pasos de la playa. Mucha zona azul para aparcar cerca, pero anuncian que hay aparcamiento privado y siempre está lleno. Recepción moderna, pero habitaciones algo anticuadas, sobre todo los baños. Algo rudiosas, al haber puertas entre las habitaciones, menos mal que cerradas con llave. Como si antes hubiesen sido apartamentos. Piscina bien cuidada pero baldosas resbaladizas, vimos varias caídas en una sola tarde. Comida orientada a británicos, los cuales eran mayoría. En 3 días, ningún arroz mediterráneo ni pescado de calidad. El jamón serrano al corte sin curar casi, ni a un forastero se lo cuelas. Otros productos sí que eran de buen sabor, como repostería, carnes, etc. En una tarta nos salió algo de moho verdoso, y tanto mi pareja como yo tuvimos digestiones pesadas todas las comidas. Para el precio, no nos terminó de convencer.

Amazing hotel and location.
Pool is lovely.
Stayed in so many hotels in Salou and this is my fave! The only issue is the walls are very thin and so sleep isn’t the best. We moved rooms due to a child screaming all night and parents playing with the child at 3am-5am in the morning!!! Staff were quick to move and sort but walls were very thin and we could hear guests in the other room just not at 3am!
