All inclusive 서비스를 하는 호텔로 식사 제공이 매우 좋았음 위치도 여러 관광지를 다니기 좋았고 특히 주말 시장이 인상적이었음 투숙객 대부분이 어린 아시들을 동반하였기 어린이들을 위한 행사가 있어 아이 가진 가족 손님이 매우 많았음. 저녁식사를 포함한 숙박을 했는데 저녁 식사는 물을 포함한 어떤 음료도 포함되지 않고 별도 비용을 받음. 모르고 콜라를 반 컵쯤 내렸다가 올 인클루시브가 아니라고 체크 아웃 때 2.1 유로 추가로 내얼음.

Das geräumige Bungalow war sauber und praktisch eingerichtet. Großes bequemes Bett. Die Küche hatte ebenfalls alles für kleinere Mahlzeiten. Nespresso Maschine vorhanden! Wir hatten nur Abendessen im Hotel. Die Auswahl war riesig und an jedem Wochentag gab es ein anderes Motto, z.B. Kanarische Küche oder arabische Küche. Die Anlage war extrem gepflegt und es wurde sehr auf Sauberkeit geachtet. Kinderanimation war hervorragend, die Kinder haben es geliebt. Kommen gerne wieder.

We loved the hotel and staff . A few minor issues the chairs on our balcony were cracked my partner went though one of them - they were quickly replaced bed sheets had holes in them and towels had stains on them . The food is great quality but if staying more than a week be prepared to get bored and the entertainment is very good but runs on a loop so its again if you there for longer you will be very bored watching the same thing . If going Ai the drinks are great and it is top shelf stuff . The staff are what make this place wonderfull . The shopping center across the road is very run dow and at night badly lit needs massive improvement.

Notre sejour s est bien passé malgré la mauvaise surprise du supplément de 1000 euros environ payable à l arrivée. Faute de hotel.com qui n avait pas pris en compte l age reel de mes enfants et avait transmis l information de deux bébés. Je décommande fortement de reserver par hotel.com !!!. Bon hôtel avec un tres bon emplacement pour allier excursion et farniente. Personnel serviable. La suite familiale spacieuse, bien équipée seul bemol la literie et coussin bon à changer.

Great hotel & location, rooms are everything you need & cleaned daily, meal times there is always something to suit with lots of choice & well made & presented, kids disco & entertainment show is very good, all staff are friendly & helpful & always have a smile, pool areas are great as are the parks & there's lots to keep kids happy, its very much a kids hotel so can be noisy, granddaughter loved it & found lots of friends, we loved it too & would be back without hesitation, its a great family holiday hotel.

Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen. Das Hotel ist ein tolles Familienhotel. Es war so viel geboten für Kinder und Erwachsene. Kinfee mochten den Pool und das Animateure sehr. Sportprogramm für Erwachsene war top. Das Essen war immer lecker. Alle Angestellte waren super freundlich. Gerne wieder!

Fantastic stay at this hotel - really quiet room with air con which was needed - quite far from the main areas but this meant it was quiet. Lots of small children as the hotel is focused on entertaining them so if you have small children this is the hotel for you. No adult only areas for dining and no adult pool or jacuzzi which would have been nice. Plenty of room to have another adults only or swimming only pool. Food in the restaurant was fresh fish and meats with really polite staff. Plenty of choice, a bit chaotic at breakfast as lots of children so food on the floor and tables, unsure why parents can’t clean up after their own children ? Drinks were top shelf with nice cocktails, fresh coffee including iced ! Pool snacks looked like a good choice, cooked fresh and ice cream on tap. Really helpful reception staff Outside of you turn left it’s the sea and right a short stroll to shops bars and restaurants if you fancy a change. We were AI and the lunch and dinner were ok for us plenty of choice so we just had coffee outside of the hotel. The only change would be add on an adults swimming and jacuzzi and add some more sun beds in high season - strict no saving of beds at 6am! However families were putting towels on 6 beds and then disappearing for most of the day which is really unfair. Probably need somekind of monitoring system because in high season I would be annoyed at not being able to get a bed when they are unoccupied all day !

A great property in a lovely area. Hotel is perfect for families and so accommodating for anyone with additional needs. So much in walking distance from the hotel.

Este verano hemos estado en varios H10 y este nos ha parecido el mejor. Es un hotel dedicado a familias con niños, una gran organización para los pequeños: - Club inda mañana y tarde organizado por edades. - Múltiples actividades durante el día: Fiesta de la espuma. - Mini disco a las 20:00 en un buen escenario interior o exterior. -Diplomas a los niños que participan en las actividades. - Combinan siempre inglés y castellano. La habitación que nos dieron, excelente, tipo suite con salón, habitación y una buena terraza. El bufet ha sido el mejor de comparado con otros H10. Tenía más o menos lo mismo, pero mucho mejor ejecutado.

Nous avons passé un merveilleux moment dans cet établissement. Chambre spacieuse pour 4 personnes, jolie vue, la nourriture est bonne et variée. L'hôtel est proche de la plage, avec des chemins faciles d'accès. Differentes lignes de bus passent devant l'hôtel. Le personnel est gentil et accueillant. Les animations sont de bonnes qualités.

My parents and 13 month old daughter had a really enjoyable stay here in March 24. They said the staff were friendly and the resort had a great range of play areas, swimming pools and activities for young children. It would have been nice to have a greater variety of vegetarian proteins at dinner, but they said the food was pretty good all in all.

Pro: - Poolbar mit sämtlichen leckeren, originalen Cocktails - Poolbar mit sämtlichen Snacks (sehr freundlich) - schöner Strand in Laufnähe - ca. 3min Contra: - absolut zu laut im Restaurant, wir waren schon in etlichen Hotels aber dieses hat eine unglaubliche Lautstärke da es nur ein Restaurant Indoor gibt! - Zimmer könnten bisschen größer sein (vor allem das kleine Bad) - der große Pool mit Rutsche leider viel zu kalt und unbeheizt. nur der kleinere Pool wird beheizt aber dafür keine Matratzen erlaubt - keine Möglichkeit bei stärkerem Wind irgendwo windgeschützt zu sein - extremes Pfeifen des Windes durch die Balkontür - Essenauswahl im Restaurant groß aber leider nur wenig leckeres (Quantität statt Qualität) Fisch & Fleisch oft zu trocken, Paella lecker, Mexikanischen Abende sehr lecker. - Kaffee aus Automaten im Restaurant furchtbar süß und oft längere Wartezeiten (zwischenzeitlich wird das Essen kalt)
