Whilst it’s difficult to see past the dated furniture this was one of the cleanest places I’ve stayed in and was a great base for a reasonable price for the week. Pool was lovely and not busy. Sun beds always available throughout the day. I’d stay here again.

The beach is very pretty, clear water, very calm. the area is clean, safe, nice environment. The hotel is a little old fashion, could benefit from an air condition unit as it has only fans. Staff is friendly and helpful. will be useful to provide beach towels too, we bought them in local store, but since we are traveling and is something extra to carry on. Kitchen has useful appliances and stove.

It's pot luck which self-catering apartment you get at Hamilton Court. We were 'upgraded' from a 1 bed to a 2 bed - this was large, airy, and cool....but almost too cool in the variable weather! Our balcony only got partial sun in the late afternoon, and we had no real view apart from plants & trees. The decor was tired, and the furniture an odd mix. Kitchen was functional, bathroom was the most modern part of the apartment. Reception was friendly & efficient, and multi-lingual. Bar/restaurant reasonably priced; adjacent pool a decent size. There's a range of other bars & restaurants in Sant Tomas, in terms of both prices & quality, some are over-priced. We enjoyed most the Heladeria/bar, and Haley's Bar. The 2 (smallish) supermarkets aren't cheap, so get to Es Mijgorn Gran by bus, or to larger supermarkets by car, if you're doing a big food shop! The beaches of Sant Tomas have suffered in recent rains & storms, losing much sand. So we usually walked to the long sandy Son Bou beach, clothing optional, and 25minutes away. Sant Tomas is well placed for coastal and inland walks; plus there's a decent bus service to inland towns and the island's 2 big ports of Mahon & Cuitadella.

A great location, beautiful sea view. Would love to stay again in the same apartment. Very clean apartment block and pool area. Always beds available around the pool. Restaurant was nice, we had lunch there and all 4 of us enjoyed it. We would definitely recommend this apartment for a family of 4.

Positiv: Sehr ruhig, toller Strand direkt vor der Tür, Pool ausreichend groß, Herzlichkeit der Angestellten überragend gut, Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge perfekt, Lebensmittelgeschäfte 1min entfernt, ausreichend viele Parkmöglichkeiten, Waschmaschine und Geschirrspüler im App. ABER: Einrichtung im App. unglaublich alt und abgewohnt, kein Standard mehr und die Reinigung aller 5 Tage wirklich nicht ausreichend, Wechsel des App. wurde angefragt, aber dann wäre es zum Parkplatz hinaus gewesen. Wir waren 4 Wochen vor Ort.

Bien placé, pas d'une première fraicheur mais j'ai bénéficié d'un changement d'appartement gracieusement après 3 jours ce qui est super sympa. très bon personnel très à l'écoute. emplacement du village de rêve, manque un peu d'ustensile de cuisine.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. Très bon accueil, l’appartement est fonctionnel avec une magnifique vue mer. La plage est accessible à pied et l’ambiance est calme. Nous recommandons !

Séjour de 5 jours à Minorque. L'ile est relativement petite et en voiture, tout est accessible facilement. Etonnement, ce n'était pas bondé de touristes comme on aurait pu le craindre. Concernant la résidence, c'est très bien, logement spacieux, avec ventilateurs au plafond, piscine à 30° et plage accessible en moins de 2 minutes. Malgré un séjour au 14 juillet, et la victoire de l'Espagne, tout est assez calme et pas d'embêtements avec le voisinage. Seul point un peu juste, la cuisine est un peu "agée" et l'équipement limitée. Sinon le personnel est très accueillant et disponible. Possibilité de laisser les bagages le jours du départs et de prendre une douche.

Traditional (old fashioned) style apartment with a lovely private garden which had a swing seat which was a lovely touch. The location is good with a lovely walk along the coast and a direct walk onto the beach. Facilities wise there is everything you need for self catering. The only let down is the uncomfortable double mattress in the main bedroom. It is SO firm you might as well lay on the floor. It is so unbearable we ended u sleeping in the single beds which were a bit better. The mattresses certainly could do with replacing. Nice pool area and plenty of sunloungers. Can’t comment on restaurants as we didn’t visit them. Shout out to the very friendly and helpful receptionist Monique who was really lovely to chat to and had great knowledge of the island. :-)

Älteres Gebäude, aber alles gut im Schuss. Grosse Wohnung, guter Balkon. Küche ok. Parklätze um die Siedlung. In der Hochsaison sicher ein Problem im Mai aber problemlos.

It was lovely. I liked the way the apartment was furnished. It was clean, and the kitchen was well laid out. The washing machine was not great. No instructions in english. The spin did not work at all.

The property was pleasant,our kitchen was dated and in need of a refurbishment in places,nice large lounge,bedrooms basic,nice ensuite bathrooms with walk in shower in onebalcony furniture old and a table needed replacing,very pleasant and helpful staff on arrival. Overal a very nice stay,will return.
