Et skønt hotel med et lækkert poolområde på toppen. Skøn stemning og indretning. Meget fine lyse værelser. Personalet virker dog ikke helt så serviceminded. De svarer på spørgsmål, men det er uden smil. Personalet i poolbaren på toppen kunne vist godt have brugt ekstra hjælp. De når ikke at åbne til tiden, virker stressede og der er meget lang ventetid på mad når man endelig har fået bestilt. Men høj kvalitet ellers på det hele. Og vi kommer helt sikkert igen.

Små rum men generellt bra hotell med en god frukost och en fin liten pool

We had a wonderful stay at HM Palma Blanc hotel. The staff was very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The location is spot on, making it possible to walk and explore the city centre. Lots of reastaurants around the area. The hotel is very modern, and close to nature atmorsphere. We stayed in a Suite room, and was very spacious, plenty of storage, beds comfy. We had breakfast in the restaurant, it was amazing, good selection of hot and cold option. The rooftop pool, spa with indoor pool and gym were excellent. Would highly recommend, and would definitely stay here again.

We stayed 5 nights at HM Palma Blanc in Santa Catalina, Palma. The hotel is clean, stylish, and well situated, walking distance to great restaurants and bars. Our room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. We enjoyed the spa's free amenities, including an indoor pool and sauna, plus a small but nice gym. On-site parking was convenient, though the driveway down is tight and needs careful navigation. One disappointment: the hotel advertised showing every World Cup match and encouraged guests to watch in the lobby, but never turned on the volume for any game we saw, leaving fans of several teams frustrated. More seriously, we returned one evening to find our room door unlocked and ajar, with cleaning items left inside on a chair. It appeared housekeeping had left it unlocked earlier that day, and it stayed that way for hours. To their credit, the hotel reviewed camera footage and confirmed no one entered, and nothing was missing. Francina at the front desk was courteous throughout. We were disappointed with the compensation offered, though: wine, chocolates, an unusable late check-out (we left at 7 AM), cocktail vouchers (two of us don't drink), and a 12-euro credit, in place of the one-night refund we requested. This was declined by the Front Office Manager and, ultimately, the hotel director. Strong location, style, and amenities, but a security lapse like this deserved a more serious response.

Ma chambre et salle de bain étaient très grandes. Les déjeuners sont bons et assez complets. L’hôtel est très bien située, à environ 15 minutes de marches des restaurants ou endroits que je voulais visiter. J’ai bien aimé mon expérience à cette hôtel.

Lovely breakfast and pleasant stay in overall. Confortable room.

A lot of noice from the street traffic and the hallway throughout the night. I could also hear the neighboring room and the internal pipelines. Room was clean enough except for the fresh folded towel that had massive stains (looked like human feces) all over it.

Room service food was not good. Breakfast is great with many options. Quite noisy in the night when people come back from a night out.

Jättefint, nytt och fräscht hotell. Underbar frukost med fantastisk äggröra, avokado och massa härlig frukt.

Pool is great and the bar up there does great food. Rooms are good- cleaned v well each day. Loved the location

Very lovely hotel, so clean and friendly staff. Breakfast was lovely and walking distance to the old town. Only things to be mindful of is the rooftop pool is overlooked by apartments so there is no view. It didn’t ruin it for us though. A lovely place to stay!

Zum zweiten Mal hier gewesen und wieder nicht enttäuscht. Gute Lage, saubere Zimmer und ein gutes Frühstück. Das Personal war freundlich und der Aufenthalt insgesamt sehr angenehm. Gerne wieder!

We are really selective when it comes to travel. We had the suite (Room 409), directly outside the pool entrance. The hotel was brilliant. Great location. Great food. Gym and Sauna was empty when i used it everyday. The Cinema was no longer in operation, which we did'nt know until we asked to use it. Layout of the hotel is great and really great location to the city and old town. First time with HM and was really impressed.
