I did a self check-in due to the covid19 situation. I received several emails noticing how to enter the room. It was super easy and fast. They double checked that I entered well in the apartment. During my stay, there were nobody except me in the apartment and because of the night curfew it was very quiet. Also there was a construction in front of the building so suddenly everything become blackout. I was outside the building and couldn't even go inside. I was very worried about it but they respond quickly by 'whatsapp' and notice me about the situation. Hoped that I could have known it in advance however they kept messaging me about the blackout few days more. The room was clean, but the leather of bed headboard was keep falling piece by piece. Except that one thing, the rest was nice enough. Thanks for caring during my stay.

깨끗하고 상태는 좋은데 4인 가족이 묵기엔 좀 좁아요. 화장실도 하나라. 비슷한 숙박료인데 다음 묶었던 숙소는 훨씬 넓네요. 슬리퍼 있다고 해서 안챙겼는데 없구요. 평이 좋아서 기대치가 넘 높았나 봅니다.

조금 지저분 하네요. 가성비로는 그럭저럭 좋아요.

기차역에서 약간 멀리떨어져 있어요 캐리어로 끌고가면 약20분 정도. 하지만 친절한 직원과 깨끗한 숙소. 찾아간 보람이 있었네요.

숙박공간이 넓고,주방시설,대형냉장고,에어콘등 시설이 아주 좋아요

가족동반 여행이라면, 적극 추전 드립니다. 가격 대비 숙박시설이 매우 좋습니다. 4인가족으로 4박 숙박하였는데, 방이 매우 깨끗합니다. 침대, 화장실도 매우 좋습니다. 주변에 큰마트,식육점,빵집에 있어 매우 편리합니다. 지하철역도 도보로 6분거리에 있어 이동하기 용이합니다. 호텔 직원도 매우 친철하고, 주방기기,냉장고,전자레인지 모두 다 구비되어 있어 지내기 매우 편하고 좋습니다 가족 여행 숙박으로 적극 추천 드립니다.

제목 그대로 가족용 숙소로 정말 좋습니다. 시설 최상급이고 저희는 5인 가족 썼는데 방 2개, 화장실2, 거실, 부엌까지 깔끔하고 첨단시설에 냉장고, 세탁기(건조 가능) 커피머신 외 기타 등등 다 좋았습니다. 여기에서만 머물고 싶었어요. 숙소 주변에 저렴하게 물건파는 큰 슈퍼 있어서(1분 거리) 좋고 버스 정류장도 거의 바로 앞이라 너무 편하고, 산츠역도 아주 가깝습니다. 다만 이 아파트가 주변 환경은 볼 게 없도 다 주거지 건물입니다. 직원 정말 친절하고 상냥하고 즉각적으로 도움 줍니다. 그러나 한국인 입장에서 큰 문제가 있으니... 기본 영어는 유창하게 하셔야 말 빠른 직원들과 의사소통 편하시고, 직원이 상주하는 시스템이 아니라서 체크인 시간 정확하게 알려주셔야 그 시간에 정확히 맞춰 직원들이 숙소 문 열어주러 옵니다. (이게 상당히 불편하실 겁니다..) 체크아웃은 편합니다. 키 테이블 위에 놓고 문 닫고 가심 됩니다. 직원 만날 필요 없습니다. 오직 체크인시만 가능하고요, 평소 도움이 필요하면 전화로 직원과 대화하거나대부르면 30분 내로 달려옵니다. 디파짓 비 $ 200 선불 결제이나 숙소에 문제 없으면 체크아웃 후 7-10일 사이 환불해 줍니다. 그 외 숙박객1인당 세금 있습니다. (매일 내야하는 세금있어서 체크인시 헌꺼번에 계산) 콜택시 체크인 때 직원에게 미리 언제 필요하다 예약해 놓으면 거기서 예약 잡아줍니다. (돈은 택시 기사에게 직접 냄) 직원들은 너무너무 친절하고 상냥하고 친근하고 서비스 정신 짱입니다. 사진도 찍자고 합니다 ㅋㅋㅋ 기본 영어 소통 가능하시면 이 숙소 추천입니다. 너무 깔끔하고 예쁘고 시설 편하고 좋습니다. 직원 상주 안 하고(전화는 오픈! 언제든 통화), 숙박비 싸지 않고, 바르셀로나 중심부 쪽 아니라는 거(그러나 교통 나름 편리! - 공항 오고 가기에 정말 편함) 빼고 다 좋습니다. 전 바르셀로나 다시 가면 여기 묵겠습니다. 구글맵과 함께라면 너무너무 편리한 곳으로 안전하고 편하고, 시설 깨끗!! 저희 가족들이 묵은 숙소들 중 1-2위를 다툴 정도로 편합니다.

It was nice and sweet place i ever stayed before. We were 4 ladies and shared two bedrooms. One for double bed has full bathroom inside the room and the other was two single beds with separated bathroom. It takes only 5 min. walk to place de espanya and airport shuttle bus station as well. Employees are nice and well communicated. The apartment is very clean and everthings were well organized. It is perfect place to stay and no complain at all. When ever i go to Barcelona, i would stay " Home To Home Barcelona" again.

El apartamento estaba muy bien, muy limpio y muy cerca de la plaza de España donde hay parada de metro y de bus. El problema vino cuando nada más entrar al alojamiento vimos que no funcionaba la bomba de calor, avisamos al alojamiento y nos dijeron que nos traían unas mantas y un pequeño calefactor y que el técnico pasaría al día siguiente. Las mantas no llegaron y tampoco pasó un técnico al día siguiente. Después de estar todo el día pendientes de que lo arreglarán, a las 10 de la noche nos trajeron 2 mantas finísimas y un calefactor como la palma de mi mano que no calentaba nada. Así que, aunque el apartamento está bien, nuestra estancia ha sido pésima.

Solo nos pareció un poco complicado el ingreso cuando llegamos, pero ya estando allí todo nos pareció muy bien!!!

Poor cleaning, water damaged by AC

The property was good, spacious and, although a little removed from the main attractions, access to transportation is convenient. The customer service is good, but beware of needing immediate attention. We had some issues with the apartment key-cards and where lucky that happened during business hours. Other than that overall a good experience.

The property was clean, and the location was incredibly convenient — just 20 minutes from all the sightseeing spots, bus stops, and grocery stores. We stayed for three nights and loved the apartment. We’d definitely book it again and highly recommend it. The host was very communicative, quick to respond to our questions, and even recommended some great restaurants. The only downside was that we landed early and couldn't check in right away, so we had to walk around with our luggage after a long flight. Thankfully, we found a nearby locker to store our bags.

The apartment was very nice and comfortable. Location was excellent. It was much more comfortable for our family of 5 than a standard hotel room. Our complaint is with the company that owns the property. I looked on the website to make sure I understood the checkin process. It said to let them know when we will arrive and someone would meet us there, which I did. Unfortunately this information was out-of-date. Now they send an email ahead of time with instructions about how to get in the building and access your room key. We never got the email and ended up standing outside the place for over an hour in the pouring rain with all our luggage. If you choose to book with Home 2 Home and do not receive an email ahead of time, make sure to call and ask. The first night we were there we asked for an additional key as we were only provided one. They promised to deliver one the next day. They came while we were out. They did not simply deliver a key, they re-keyed the lock and left all the new keys INSIDE THE ROOM. So when we got home after a long day of sight-seeing, our key would not open the door and we had no way of accessing the new keys. It took 2 hours for someone to come and let us in.

Apartamento amplo, limpo e confortável, localizado em uma área agradável e central para qualquer parte da cidade, inclusive aeroporto. A banheira e as camas são maravilhosos!

Excellent service

Lindo y cómodo departamento. El único problema que tuvimos fue con el baño, durante dos días vinieron a arreglarlo, dejando el piso sucio. Exigen que seas limpio sino te cobran pero los maestros dejaron sucio y no nos hicieron ninguna atención por el desperfecto. Se escucha ruidos de los otros departamentos. Las sillas suenan al moverlas. El resto, bien.

Everything was perfect.

Started bad. They would not cooperate on adjusting the number in my party. I had to wait till the last day to even know if I would be able to stay. I had worry about the entire thing. Finally they agreed. WOW - Did me such a favor on decreasing my group size to just me. No gratitude and just wasted my time making it impossible for me to cancel. NICE JOB! The place? Needs paint! Overall it's okay.
