The Brisa Marina is located in the best tourist area in Alcudia. It is a good mid range small informal hotel with a 5 star location. Located facing the marina and the port. The promenade and square are directly in front of the hotel. The staff are great, special mention to Monica, Martha and Lusse. I recommend this hotel

Excellent location, room seems to look better than on the pictures, few minutes walk to the stunning Alcudia Beach. Would definitely recommend!!!

Man bekommt, was man bezahl. Die Lage ist sehr schön am Hafen. Reception ist auch tagsüber nicht immer besetzt, etc.

Great hotel right by the sea with a beautiful view of the harbour. Rooms clean. Downstairs restaurant with delicious food at a decent price.

Amazing location with great service

The pictures on Hotels.com were exactly what we got. Perfect location and nice size room. Stayed 5 nights with my 3 year old. The waiters from the restaurant could be a bit more service minded when checking in late. Need to ask them twice to assist and no info given about anything. But that’s the only thing to mention.

Great place but no room services for towels????? We had to ask the restaurant downstairs to help us get them. The rooms are nice and so are the people too.

A good stay overall , however no breakfast available until 10.00 am on a Thursday morning when I was checking out, guests should be informed of these timings when checking in / a note left in the room . Also the room doors need to be upgraded for noise reduction to guests

Fantastisk beliggenhed med havneudsigt, værelset er af ældre dato, men bestemt brugbart og rent og pænt, og så følte vi os virkelig velkommen da vi kom til restaurant som passede reception. Dejligt med køleskab på værelset

Das Brisa Marina ist ein kleines Hotel in hervorragender Lage. Der Blick vom Balkon ist wunderschön.

Fab location overlooking the marine, overnight stay before ferry to France, however noisy at night from music next door bar until we’ll after midnight

Hôtel bien situé face au port rue commerçante à 15 minutes à pied du ferry. Personnel accueillant. Chambre spacieuse .( manque brosse pour les toilettes, sèche cheveux, téléphone pour être réveiller) Le seul bémol pas possible de prendre un café avant 8h30 ce qui est trop tard pour les départs en ferry ,au moins un distributeur automatique ça serait bien.

Nous avions réservé une chambre avec vue mer et arrivé à l'hôtel on nous annonce que tout est complet..notre chambre espérée a été réservé au même moment et n'ayant plus d'autres disponibilités nous recevons une chambre sans vue mer...mais sans vue du tout.... juste un petite terrasse étriquée et vue sur un mur en plastique...intolérable. La responsable m'explique et ne propose aucune alternative sinon d aller dans un autre hôtel..alors que la somme a déjà été débité de mon compte...alors je dois retrouver un autre hôtel alors que mon amie a roulée toute la journée! A ce moment je ne profite même pas de mon séjour et je suis en train de vous écrire. Elle me dit aussi que aucun remboursement n'est possible...que pour une seule nuit elle perdrai trop d'argent et que la prochaine fois je devrai appeler l'hôtel pour m'assurer de la disponibilé de la chambre...à quoi servent donc les réservations en ligne? Mon amie et moi sommes vraiment déçues de cette situation...je peux vous montrer des photos et une vidéo de la chambre. Toutefois le réceptionniste a été très gentil et compréhensible avec nous mais malheureusement cela ne suffit pas à apprécier nos vacances. Ce n'est pas à nous client de vérifier les disponibilités de l'hôtel ayant reçu un email de confirmation de votre part....la reponsable me fait part également que les vues n'ont aucune différence de prix...je suis navrée mais il y a une différence...de plus nous n'avons vue sur rien...même pas un arbre. Inacceptable!

A basic hotel with a marvellous balcony view of the sea and port . No extras but very central and Reception staff incredibly helpful. Discount available on the Restaurant underneath .

Keine Heizung im Dezember. Zimmervergabe über angrenzendes Restaurant unfreundlich und schwierig.
