Check in with the messages etc was excellent great communication, The room itself was nice as was the bathroom However the plug next to my bed didn’t work nor did the USB chargers. And the noise outside was awful! I could not sleep :( people all night long, bin men at 4am, the walls and windows must have been paper thin. And because our room was on the corner we had 2 walls on the outside which made it worse! It was in a good location to get everywhere, however I wouldn’t stay again due to the noise.

Great location and hotel! We spent 2 nights here when visiting Alicante. Room was nice, staff were super friendly, comfy beds, right on top of all the shops, cafes, bars, restaurants and only a 5 minute walk to the beach. Will definitely be staying here again when visiting Alicante

An amazing property...great location, clean, good facilities and the most welcoming check in.

Super comfy beds, very clean room and excellent service from the staff prior to and on the day of check in. I was disappointed with the pool area as it looked like it had not been cleaned to the same standard as the rooms. Our room was at the front of the property and at the weekend was very noisy, the weekdays were relatively quieter. The location is excellent as it is right in the middle of the shops, bars and restaurants. Not sure I would stay in this location again over a weekend, but I would 100% recommend for anyone looking for a hotel right in the centre of the nightlife, just bring some ear plugs with you for when you are ready to go to bed. I would however choose other Holihome properties as overall we had a great stay, and once we did managed to get to sleep it was a comfortable one.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft, super Lage. Die Zimmer sind in sehr gutem Zustand und sauber. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Leider kann ich nichts zum Pool sagen, da es zu kalt war. Alles in allem habe ich mich sehr wohl und sicher gefühlt und komme gerne wieder.

Upplevde att allt var helt nytt/ nyrenoverat. Personal väldigt hjälpsam och trevlig. Tack Andrea och kollega som hjälpte oss med resväskan vi inte lyckades öppna.

Great place on the main La Rambla, with lovely roof terrace. Room was good, kettle and coffee available. Good communication for door codes etc.

Very easy to access. Excellent location

Excellent accommodation. Great facilities with the rooftop pool, free laundry room, lockers to leave your stuff after you check out if needed. Everything was very clean. There were toiletries in the room and tea and coffee making facilities. The only thing missing was extra towels for the pool (we did ask but she couldn’t find any, it was winter though so maybe in summer they are available). As other reviews have mentioned you can hear noise from the street so if you’re a light sleeper I would recommend ear plugs. There’s lots of shops and restaurants nearby and you’re only a few mins walk to the beach or main streets. I thought this accommodation was great value for money and would stay again if returning to Alicante.

Amazing!

We loved our stay. Great location, close to lots of bars and restaurants. We loved the pool, unfortunately it rained during our stay so couldn’t use it. The room was a good size and the bed was super comfy, the shower was really powerful. Check in was easy and Andrea was very welcoming. When we return to Alicante we are definitely staying at Hostal Rambla 24.

Really couldn’t fault this place, the communication I got from staff from beginning to end was exceptional. Had kettle in room, and a mini fridge, outside of room in the hallway is communal coffee machine and microwave. Hairdryer, shampoo and shower gel also provided. Downstairs in the basement was laundry facilities also. We arrived before our room was ready, and was able to store our bags in a locker in a room of reception. Our room was clean and suitably furnished. My only downside was I had requested a quiet room with a nice view as it was my daughter‘s birthday, and we were on a low floor right above five guys with a view of the road below us which was fairly noisy. I have still rated it a five star, I would definitely recommend it and I would stay again if I was in the area.
