We were early, they worked to get us in our room earlier. The clerk was so friendly and helpful through our whole 3 night stay. The room was comfortable, clean, pretty and a pleasure to stay in - enjoyed the free coffee and made use of the community room downstairs while waiting for our room.

The location was great but more importantly that although there is not staff at premises, Maria was very responsive to our request for early admit and her assistance on getting around and facilitating our final transport out. It's when you see that people makes the difference in hospitality and Maria it's a great asset to your location.

While we enjoyed our stay, the bathroom was a bit tight and the electrical outlets did not all work properly. Otherwise, the hotel was located in close proximity to many of the sites worth seeing.

Pros: Location! Only a couple of doors down from a great cafe, and very close to the Cathedral. The room was a good size, and the bathroom was good.
Cons: No AC. The temps were mild while we were there, but the room did get warm in the afternoon sun. I had missed this on the hotel website. We would stay here again, but not during hot days.
