RELACIÓN CALIDAD PRECIO MUY CORRECTA. AUNQUE SURGIÓ UN PROBLEMA EN LA ENTRADA SE RESOLVIÓ DE FORMA INMEDIATA POR EL PERSONAL, QUE FUE MUY AMABLE

Didn’t received passcode in time, have to get local help at the pub

Horrible location in terms of the environment arround. Lot of mens in front of the bar next door main entrance drinking beer at the street stearing inside my car. Motocycles parked just at front of the door limiting access. I felt not save stepping out the car. I decide to find another place.

Herzlichen Dank an Ester für ihre Organisation und klar verständlichen Infos zum Einchecken. Das Einzelzimmer ist ziemlich klein und das Bett sehr unbequem. Ansonsten liegt die Unterkunft gut, dass Zentrum ist ein kurzes Stück bergauf, die nächste Bushaltestelle ganz nah.

I was a bit sceptical after reading some reviews but our two night stay was without any issue. If people fail to follow the check in instructions they are sent when they book then the owner can’t be held responsible for that. We pre-registered our details and I contacted the hotel by WhatsApp the day before. We were sent all the required information for self check in and other usual information. Room was exactly as shown on website. Great location and only a minute walk for the bus stop to/from Malaga.

Location, facilities, transport. It's not easy to park because it is in a walkable neighborhood

Un ensemble de quelques chambres au dessus d'un bar très très très animé ce vendredi soir jusqu'à 3h du matin ( nous devions nous lever à 5h pour prendre un avion). Une fois la porte d'entrée trouvée ( l'adresse est imprécise) et après avoir pu contacter par téléphone le propriétaire ( qui parle bien anglais... ouf). Il a fallu pousser la foule de clients du bar pour accéder à la grille. La chambre est modeste...les photos du site sont flatteuses. Autre information, la ville est magnifique, mais si vous voulez éviter de vous perdre dans des labyrinthes de ruelles très étroites et escarpées, visitez la à pied ! Et évitez de la traverser, surtout si vous n'avez pas une Fiat 500! Bref un logement qui dépannr à moins d'une heure de l'aéroport de Malaga mais une expérience bien décevante, surtout potle prix.

Disappointing. Not conform to the pictures. The room was ok and clean but very tiny and the entrance was so poorly designed that the bathroom door could not close... Not great. In addition there were no reception desk opened ta 7pm, hence I had to call several times to several phone numbers to get to speak to someone to get a set of keys. After 8phone calls and the neighbor's intervention we managed to get a set of keys from another box the hostel manager indicated... No wifi signal in the bedroom. Only 1 towel, a spare one would have been appreciated. Light bulb not working well in the bathroom gave the estancia a very bad vibe, not too mention the suspicious neighborhood.. I never managed to check out. Just left the keys in the premises after waiting 15min. After speaking to 2 people who were supposed to advise and come to pick the keys ..

No hay nadie en recepción te lo resuelven por teléfono se debería mejorar ,la habitación bien

Hubo una falta de previsión. Cuando llegamos no pudimos acceder a registrarnos. Tuvimos que llamar por teléfono. Se nos ofreció otra habitación por que había un pub que causaría ruido. Esto lo agradecemos, pero hubiésemos agradecido saberlo con antelación. La nueva habitación no contaba con cama doble. Aunque aparentemente la habitación estaba bien, hubieron algunos detalles que no nos agradaron como una botella de agua USADA en el frigorífico y los cubiertos en la cocina estaban SUCIOS. El problema principal es que había un fallo en el sistema de cierre de la habitación que no llegó a resolverse y que repercutió en una mala experiencia pues perdimos tiempo y no pudimos aprovechar la estancia para visitar varios lugares de alrededor. Aunque el propietario nos informó que esta habitación era más cara y nos la dejaría al mismo precio, no nos pareció que la habitación estuviese tan bien. Es cierto que el propietario se disculpó en varias ocasiones y fue amable en el trato, aunque consideramos que esto no fue suficiente.
