I like this hotel I stayed 2days All staff are so kind When I asked something They always give answer or help it's so great I'm surprised that they serve to take a shower after checkout

가격 위치 서비스 다 좋았어요. 아침 저녁이 포함된 방인데 와인도 한병 공짜로 주고 시설도 괜찮습니다. 다만 저녁은 뷔폐식인데 엄청 맛있는건 아니구요.~따로 서버 팁 줄건지 물어보는데 그건 개인 자유니 안주실분은 꼭 주진 않으셔도 될듯 해요.

Tolles Hotel mit schönen Zimmer und Top Frühstück.

Sehr ruhiges Hotel nur durch eine Straße vom Sandstrand getrennt. Tolle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Kiosk und diverse Bars und Clubs direkt nebenan. Frühstück und Abendessen super. Vor allem die Auswahl der Vorspeisen beim Abendessen hat uns begeistert. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber. Wasserkocher im Zimmer vorhanden. Das Personal war durchweg freundlich und immer gut gelaunt.

Great hotel

Nous sommes très loin d'un 4* sup ! Piscine principale mal entretenue avec plusieurs traces de moisissures au fond, zone avec carrelage enlevée. Sol du pourtour très glissant (malgré la prudence des gens et de nous même, on a assisté à 2 chutes et 2 ou 3 autres - dont moi - rattrapage au dernier moment. Alors que le surplus du prix est conséquent, la chambre Balibed est à éviter absolument car aucune intimité ! (toutes situées au 1er etage, les autres étages ont une vue directe sur la votre et pas de séparation fermée avec celles de vos voisins Excepté l'excellente qualité du restaurant, très décevant !

un'ottima struttura a pochi passi dal mare stupendo di Alcudia. La struttura è molto silenziosa, essendo adults only, non vi aspettate animazione, a parte qualche cantante la sera fino alle 23 massimo. Non abbiamo usufruito delle piscine, perchè con il mare stupendo che c'è, per noi non hanno utilità. Tutto il personale è eccezionale e gentilissimo. Alcuni piccoli accorgimenti renderebbero il soggiorno perfetto: letti leggermente più rigidi, una minore illuminazione dei corridoi nelle ore notturne: purtroppo entrava molta luce dalla porta e rendeva un po' difficile dormire. Sarebbe perfetta una luce più soft. Un maggiore vanity kit e delle ciabattine: abbiamo trovato un solo kit con cottonfioc e dischetti, non utilizzato. L'apertura della doccia era un po' scomoda e usciva acqua fuori. I dispenser dei saponi non erogano bene il detergente, molto scomodi da utilizzare, ma avevamo i nostri. Sarebbe stato utile anche un cestino dei rifiuti più grande in camera (un solo piccolo cestino in bagno. Nonostante sia bello da vedere, il bagno con la parete di vetro non è pratico: la notte ci costringeva ad andare in bagno senza accendere la luce per non svegliare l'altro nel letto, poichè si illuminava tutta la stanza. A parte queste piccole cose, siamo stati benissimo e anche il cibo era ottimo: piatti belli da vedere, particolari e buoni, con vasta scelta. Grazie per averci accolti come nostri ospiti, è stata una bella vacanza!

Wir waren fast 4 Wochen im Hotel und es war einfach traumhaft! Das Personal ist super lieb und war uns bei unseren Anliegen immer behilflich. Der Kimera Club und Pool der beim Hotel dabei ist, ist auch ein Highlight. 100% Empfehlung für dieses Hotel.

Das Hotel hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Alles war sauber und gepflegt, die Zimmer sind geräumig und komfortabel. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das tolle Personal, das immer hilfsbereit ist und wertvolle Tipps für Unternehmungen gibt. Auch die Ausstattung überzeugt: Es gibt einen modernen Fitnessbereich sowie die Möglichkeit, eine eigene Waschmaschine zu nutzen – sehr praktisch für längere Aufenthalte. Insgesamt ein sehr empfehlenswertes Hotel!

Das personal und der service waren Herrvorragend. Das man in den pool erst ab zehn uhr hineindarf ist für mich unverständlich

Absolutely amazing stay! We have loved every minute, we didn’t want to leave! The staff and service were excellent! They were more than happy to help in anyway! Our hot tub was broken and we mentioned it to the front desk and it was fixed with new parts the next day - incredible service! Food was so delicious! Could not recommend this place enough!

We went to this hotel to celebrate my 60th birthday and it did not disappoint. From the moment we arrived and got to are room at 130am there was water and sandwiches ,just on case we were hungry 60th birthday card and chocolate. The room and bathroom was spotless,with nice size balcony to sit on. The pools are lovely with walk in steps and the pool with the music had lovely lots of steps in the pool ,so great for sitting on and reading when it got to hot,was a great way to cool down. So great if you have mobility issues. Sun beds are large with comfortable thick cushions and extra large sun umbrellas. Pool towels given everyday . No fighting to find a sunbed late morning. The food was the best I have eaten on holiday ,huge variety of salads,fish and meat,presented amazingly. The best orange salmon ,I have ever tasted and steak was cooked to perfection. Entertainment each night was good,if you get chance to watch Ben and the Lost boys and fantastico,you will not be disappointed. But what makes this hotel 5 star ,is the attentive staff. I have to mention Lenka ,who was restaurant front of house in the evening,always greeted with big smile and always ensuring we were comfortable and a font of knowledge. Juan the waiter with his big smile and always ensuring we had a drink and I have to mention pool life guard Louie who would help me up off the sunbed when needed ,ensuring everyone around the pool were comfortable and was always busy tidying with a smile .

Tredje gången vi bor här pga fantastiska middagar och service. Alltid varit top 10 på allt tidigare. Nu var det bra men fattades det lilla extra som vi upplevde tidigare. Bo inte i rum 235, rakt ovanför högtalarna till kvällsunderhållningen. Mindre balkong än övriga också. Förbättring till hotellet är mer variation på glutenfritt bröd, saknade lite grövre med fröer.

This is undoubtedly one of the best hotels we have stayed in. The room was very comfortable and impeccably clean. The food was the best we have ever had in any hotel. The pools and pool beds were amazing, with a choice of a quiet pool and the music one with its own DJ. But what for me makes it the best was the staff. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming, from the reception, to the restaurant staff, to the bar and pool staff. They made as feel special from day one. The service compared to the best cruises without the sway of the waves! We will certainly repeat and recommend this hotel to family and friends!
