호텔 시우다드 데 레이다

El Internet es terrible, se conecta pero la información tarda horas en bajar (piense Dial-up de los 90). A la pobre Jiméne en la recepción la tienen sin información pues ella no sabe nada sobre el Internet, solo que en su ‘móvil sí está conectado’. El personal del hotel pues no lo que esperaría en un hotel, nada personal, muy de transacción solamente. El cuarto y el hotel están muy limpios y hay un pequeño congelador. IMPORTANTE: Si usted tiene alergias a olores fuertes, no venga pues utilizan unos químicos odorizantes (me parece para las alfombras, no estoy seguro) que no permitirán respirar. Yo tuve que dormir con la ventana abierta para poder dormir un poco y aliviar el fuerte dolor de cabeza ocasionado. El precio por noche estaba muy bueno la verdad, así que uno cambia una cosa por la otra.

But of sightseeing and sentimental trip. Lleida is not really a tourist place but it's special for me and I wanted to see a few meaningful places. The hotel makes a good impression outside - it looks nice and modern. The reception hall and restaurant are also quite presentable. Further in gets a little bit old-style and worn. Lifts are a bit small and slow, but work fine. The floors look good. Rooms are spacious enough, with a comfy, but slightly squeeking beds. Walls aren't very thick so you can hear louder noises from other rooms. There are no electric kettles, which I found odd. I like the wordrobe and the flat screen TV, which got hardly used during my stay. The bathroom looks nice overall, hit upon closer look you will notice signs of wear (marks in the basin and on floor tiles). This should be regularly checked and fixed. Also there seemed to be a problem with water. It smelled a bit (made my water bottle smell - that's how I know), also it wasn't easy to adjust temperature under the shower. It would either slowly adjust to really hot or remain cold. You had to have a lot of patience. Restaurant, although nice, doesn't offer any other warm meals for breakfast than an omelette and some bacon. Definitely not enough for a 4 star hotel? The waiters don't really speak English (hardly anyone does there), so you have to bother reception (their English is great). The parking is locked, but a bit small, with super narrow lane to navigate. Overall happy with the stay though.

Problema en los desayunos , los grupos arrasanan el buffet y nosotros encontrábamos local sin condiciones y con falta de reponer parte importante del buffet.

Ocurre en muchísimos hoteles . Por favor , no pongáis cama doble si son dos camas individuales juntas ,eso no es cama doble , eso son dos camas individuales juntas . En este caso hay mucho espacio entre ellas. Me encontré pelos en la bañera . La temperatura de la habitación y su aire acondicionado era excelente El personal fue amable

Hotel tranquilo y con acceso fácil desde la autopista. Buena relación precio-calidad.

Me dieron una habitación sin limpieza, me pasaron a otra, el colchón y las almohadas de pena y el desayuno muy muy mediocre

Nothing you could do when you book late or arrive late. We booked queen beds and we all got single beds. The beds were not in good conditions. One room with not Air conditioning in a hot night. It wasn’t a good experience

Hotel tres propre. Oblige de payer pour avoir de l'eau chaude pour se faire une tisane !! Dans la chambre, pas de possibilite de brancher facilement son laptop et garder la lampe de bureau branchee (c'est l'un ou l'autre) --> Decevant pour un hotel de ce prix.

Hotel en la parte baja de la ciudad cerca de todo

Tardaron mucho en hacer el check in. El lavabo de la habitación estaba atascado y pedimos que lo arreglaran varias veces, no subió nadie. Pasamos mucho calor, apagamos radiador del baño y aire pero no había manera de quitar el calor.

Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Close enough to town centre if you want to park your car. Normal underground parking problems at hotels if you have a SUV, it's a tight squeeze. Room was a good size and everything clean.
