The staff is amazing, great cocktails and the breakfast is delicious. Location is quiet but short walk to busy areas and the marina. Definitely recommend.

Taget betragtning af at der er tale om et femstjernet hotel og min VIP-status fik opdatering til Junior suite, så var der mange ting der ikke spillede. Mest ærgerlig var jeg over morgenmaden som bestod af English breakfast, denne var kold både pølser, bacon og beans, jeg sendte dette retur til køkkenet og 2 min senere kom det retur, denne gang varmere, men helt sikkert fordi det havde været i microovnen, det er ikke sådan et 5 stjernet hotel bør varme deres mad.

I normally don't review hotels but for this one i will gladly do it; the hotel staff was nothing short of amazing, extremely helpful and delightful. The hotel itself beautiful, clean, extremely well located and the rooms were spacious and everything perfect! The restaurant of the hotel was spectacular, we had dinner there on our first night and were completely blown away by the quality of its kitchen, a fact that was several times confirmed at breakfast every morning were everything was presented and done to perfection. This hotel is a 7 star disguised as 5 stars, would HIGHLY recommend it to anyone looking for the perfect stay at the perfect location with just the perfect staff!

Beautiful property at a great location. Our room was lovely! We were greeted by Daniella when we first arrived - she took care of all our luggage as soon as got there. We were escorted to the bar for our welcome drink which was delicious! The bartender was phenomenal and made one of the best Sangria's I've had in Spain. Breakfast was phenomenal - make sure you get it. Nuria was also outstanding, with all her recommendations and patience with us. This is a gem of a hotel and I would recommend it to anyone who wants to feel truly taken care of and like family in Mallorca. Thank you to the rest of the staff as well!

After a warm welcome from the staff found the hotel to be most comfortable and classy, situate in a quiet side street but only minutes walk from the shops and umpteen restaurants and cafes of Palma.

Supertrevligt och mysigt hotel. Personalen var otroligt vänlig, kunnig och hjälpsam. Jättefint team! Frukosten var perfekt och av hög kvalitet. Restaurangen serverade supén mat!. Vi kommer gärna tillbaka.

Incredible hotel and staff

Our stay was absolutely incredible all thanks to the amazing hotel staff. We will stay here whenever we return to Mallorca and will recommend highly to our friends and family.

Väldigt trevlig personal, både i receptionen och i restaurangen.

Superhyggeligt værelse på 2. sal. Dejligt med lille pool på tagterrassen. Ligger dejligt centralt.

Excellent customer service!

Concierge service was outstanding. We had breakfast and dinner at the hotel restaurant and it was very good. Location was perfect, on a quiet side street just a few minutes to walk to shopping and attractions. Would book this hotel again.

Lovely hotel with great staff.

The Hotel Gloria de Sant Jaume is exquisite and beautifully maintained. Our room was lovely and impeccably clean with huge windows and a large bathroom with a sizable shower and two sinks. The spa was very nice and we enjoyed taking a quick break in the sauna and steam room before taking a dip in the pool. The water jets and waterfall were a nice touch as well. The rooftop plunge pool was lovely and it was nice to rest in one of the sun loungers after a long day of walking around Palma. The hotel staff was the best part of our experience at the Hotel Gloria de Sant Jaume. Everyone we interacted with from the moment we arrived was friendly and helpful and made our stay truly special and memorable! We offer a special thank you, to Joaquim, for all his time helping us plan things to do during our stay and all of the recommendations he made for restaurants to try. Thank you to Alexia and Daniela at the front desk for the friendly greetings and dinner reservations. We also thank David, Alex, Lisa and Aida for their friendly service in the bar/restaurant. It made our experience that much better to have such amazing service. The hotel is also very well-located, close to all shopping and dining. We had a wonderful stay and can’t wait to come back.

Excellent location and great service! Helpful with everything from car reservation to dinner recommendations and booking. We arrived early and left late: Very flexible with check in and out without any extras.
