I was at the property due to unexpected circumstances and the staff were more than helpful to my situation. The hotel and room were excellent and a great location for the city.

Es la segunda vez que vamos, la habitación familiar es fantástica, 2 habitaciones comunicadas con 2 baños. Camas muy cómodas, buena climatización y en pleno centro. Mencionar que tenía puesto el cartelito de no molestar y vinieron del servicio de habitaciones a traer una toalla que no había pedido, se equivocaron de habitación, pero a mí me despertaron de la siesta.

Excelente hotel con muy buena ubicación y lersonal

Hemos estado tres noches, el personal del hotel muy amable, sitio limpio y cómodo. Por poner alguna pera, en la habitación que nos tocó cerca del pasillo un poco de ruido por las noches. Pero en global, el sitio muy bien.

Our check in was late as the rooms were not ready. We have a 4 month old baby and a toodler so this was quite an inconvenience. Once we were in, the room was stinking of bleach-we had to open the window and close the bathroom door as the smeels was really strong. The rooms were quite outdated. The location was great and the beds were really comfy too.

El está bien, y bien situado. La habitación un poco justa para un cuatro estrellas. Desayuno bastante bueno.

Hotel antiguo pero en excelente estado

Habitación muy muy amplia, todo limpio y camas cómodas. El centro a pocos minutos a pie. Los puntos negativos, el precio del desayuno (18€, excesivo), y el aparcamiento, pero cerca del centro, le pasa a todos los hoteles.

El aire acondicionado no era lo suficientemente potente y el ventilador rozaba en alguna lado generando mucho ruido, incluso a velocidad minima.

En general bien. Personal muy amable y atento.

I am writing to report an incident involving a member of the hotel staff during our recent stay at the hotel. On 9 May, my wife was approached by a staff member who touched her face without consent and made unwelcome remarks along the lines of "you are very cute". This behavior is deeply concerning and unacceptable. As guests, we expect professionalism and respect from staff at all times. Unfortunately to make it worse, when addressed to the hotel manager, he didn't apologise or anything just said that he will not do anything and if we want we should go to the police. We demand that this matter will be taken seriously and expect a prompt respond.

Hotel bien ubicado y personal amable. En general el hotel para ser un cuatro estrellas está muy viejo, además el aislamiento de las habitaciones es horroroso, estuvimos alojados en la planta 5 y durante toda la noche oíamos a la gente hablar en la calle como si los tuviéramos al lado. A precio de cuatro estrellas como tiene creo que hay mejores opciones en Logroño.
