호텔 일루니온 바르셀로나

스페인에 여러번 가봤지만 이런 호텔은 처음이네요. 불친절, 거짓말을 일삼는 직원들과 최악의 태도의 매니지먼트. 다시는 주변에도 거고싶지 않네요. One of the worst hotel experience I have ever had. Facility is actually ok, but the attitude of the employees makes this hotel so horrible.

Very nice hotel. The room was clean, staff super nice, wifi worked well enough. We purchased the breakfast included option which made our trip very convenient. Hotel was also in a GREAT location. Easy enough to take the metro to the main tourist attractions, while also within walking distance (1-2 mins) of a little town. Would 100% recommend

Buffet breakfast was plentiful and fresh. Staff were very friendly and helpful. There is a pool and sitting area on the 8th floor while the bar was not open it was nice to sit up there and have a good view of the city. Room was clean and comfortable.

Breakfast menu is excellent! Staff are so helpful! Clean rooms! Love the location, quiet and close to the Barcoleneta Beach. Would recommend this hotel for people who wants quite and not too far from attractions. For reference, my hubby and I are pretty active, walking 3-5miles doesn’t bother us.

Gut gelegen

Das Ilunion Barcelona ist sehr gut gelegen. Insbesondere, weil hier Tag und Nacht mehrere Buslinien halten. Der Strand ist in gehdistanz und Poblenou ist ein ruhiges Viertel. Das Frühstück war gut, aber nichts besonderes. Das Frühstückspersonal war jedoch sehr nett und freundlich. Das Personal am Empfang wirkt eher uninteressiert. Keine Begrüssung wenn man am Abend nach Hause kommt, kein Lächeln, wenn man vorbeigeht. Auch ob Süssigkeiten und Wasser beim Empfang standen schien sehr zufällig zu sein. Das Gäste WIFI in unserem Zimmer im 8. Stock war so schlecht, dass man uns den Code für das Konferenz WIFI gab. Die Klimaanlage in unserem Zimmer funktionierte zudem nur schlecht. Glücklicherweise konnten wir das Fenster öffnen damit wir eine einigermassen erträgliche Temperatur hatten. Der Liegekomfort war gerade noch so okay. Die Getränke in der alkoholfreien minibar wurden täglich nachgefüllt. Das war Top! Damit neue Wattestäbchen und Nastücher ins Zimmer kamen mussten wir nachfragen. Uns fielen die vielen Gäste mit Rollstuhl auf. Das Hotel scheint auf diese Bedürfnisse spezialisiert zu sein. Gut finden wir auch, dass Menschen mit Behinderungen dort Arbeiten. Für ein 4* Hotel war unser Erlebnis leider durchzogen.

We arrived on Friday. Tried to adjust the air condition in the room to a more cooler and comfortable temperature. But that was impossible. I informed the reception on Saturday morning that the air condition was not working in the room. They told me they would inform maintenance department and fix it. (They did nothing). The next night was just as bad. Really hot temperature in the room. So, if you want a good night's rest, stay away from this hotel.

Nice hotel wall a little thin you can hear people coming in and out. Nice location metro and park nice walking distance

Good hotel with spacious rooms and nice communal areas. Swimming pool is however so small that is better not mentioned (or its size should be given).

Da ist alles Tip Top !

Only wish we had stayed longer in Barcelona so we could enjoy the place more. So many restaurants and grocery stores nearby. And a Metro station in reasonable walking distance. Highly recommend.

I would come back 100%. Everyone was really nice from the start. Great hotel lobby to hangout and eat. Rooms were spacious and clean. Great location to walk around for food. Beach close enough to walk. Access to main hwy to move around Barcelona excellent.

Loved the Poblenau neighborhood where this hotel is located--it's a quiet untouristed area a few metro or bus stops from the main attractions, with a thriving dining and shopping scene that feels much more local than other areas overrun by tourists like the Gothic and La Rambla areas. The hotel offers an excellent buffet breakfast to start one's day (extra charge) and the room we had was roomy and clean and quiet, with the one quibble being the bath/shower had temperature that kept changing from cold to scalding hot. Staff was polite and helpful.

My stay was extremely terrible. Ask the manager at the hotel for more details. She said going to contact you and reply me.
