Clean bedroom and bathroom

Hotel con excelente ubicacion. Los cuartos recién renovados, parecen de 4 o incluso 5 estrellas. La atención del personal es fantástica. Los desayunos son muy buenos/ricos con una atención espectacular. Muy recomendado.

I LOVED this hotel. It was absolutely perfect in every way, The location is ideal, it's lovely and the room was spacious (I even had the twin room and it was plenty big.) The sitting area with coffee is lovely. I would stay here again in an instant!

Super hôtel très bien situé dans la vieille ville, chambre belle et fonctionnelle, salle de bain parfaite, tout est à proximité. Petit déjeuner bien Seul petit hic, la Clim se coupe quand on quitte la chambre et surtout le flux d’air est directement sur le lit…bof. Cela s’applique uniquement à la chambre que nous avions, pour les autres, à voir. Je recommande fortement.

Hotel was lovely. Room good size. Location perfect for Alcarzar & also near a nice park Murillo. Didn't opt for breakfast. Luggage storage available. Minor negatives - pool smaller than I expected & tv only had Spanish speaking channels, no subtitles in English.

We stayed 4 nights. Note the Reinoso seems to be the newer section of the main hotel Murillo, and has a separate entrance on the other side of the laneway. We were originally given a ground floor room which was a bit dark and I found noisy (I am a light sleeper). Maya at reception found us another room on the 2nd floor and it was perfect for our needs. She was the stand out, warm and friendly all the time, unlike some of the others on reception who didn't bother to say hello or good evening which we found a little strange in terms of simple customer service. We appreciated the complimentary water and coca cola daily, and the coffee machine in the room. Bed was comfortable, everything was very clean. The hotel is very well located, very close to the cathedral and Real Alacazar. We walked everywhere.

We had a wonderful family stay. It is rare to find a hotel that is both stylish and so accommodating for a family. The rooms were spacious and quiet, and the location was perfect within walking distance to everything but tucked away enough to be peaceful. The staff were so kind!!! A 10/10 experience for anyone visiting Sevilla!"

We had a wonderful stay! I loved the room!! Very spacious and the location was incredible. Room was clean and modern and there was a lovely lady that worked at reception but I did not get her name. She was very helpful and kind! Thank you again for a wonderful trip. I will highly recommend your boutique hotel to my friends

Everything is new, and the interior is clean and bright. Free bottled water is included. It’s close to the big church. Highly recommend staying here!

We were placed in a room with a bathtub on an outdoor deck: a premium room. However, to get into the room we had to climb a steep set of 17 stairs with our luggage. There were no other rooms available. I would not have booked this hotel if I knew I had to carry luggage up stairs as we were traveling heavy this trip. None of the room photos show the stairs. Everything in the room was great, clean and spacious. Complimentary water and sodas. No tissues. Coffee machine and pods but the only thing to put the coffee in were tiny paper cups. Makes no sense since the pods contain plastic and there were other reusable glasses in the room. The other thing to know is that if you have a lot of luggage the taxis cannot go down the narrow ( but cute) lane the hotel is in. So there is a bit of a walk with your luggage. That part was not a problem for us but may be for others to be aware of.

Perfect location for exploring and with restaurants and bars all close by. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely return.

Cozy place. Friendly staff. Clean and comfortable rooms. Accessible for people with disabilities. You can enjoy free coffee, tea, water, and Coca-Cola. It has a nice pool. I recommend the continental breakfast. Good restaurants around the hotel. Excellent location, close to everything. If you like to walk and don't want to take the bus or taxi, this is the perfect place.

La chambre était très belle et propre. Très bien situé à environ 5 minutes de marche de l’Àcazar et de la cathédrale et des nombreux bars et restos. Je retournerais sans hésiter, personnel très gentil et aidant. Stationnement coûtant sur réservation. Excellent choix mais un peu tricky pour s’y rendre, car l’hôtel est dans un quartier piétonnier et historique avec rue de pierres. Je recommande vivement cet endroit,
