Habitaciones muy pequeñas pero suficientes para nuestras necesidades. El persona es muy amable y atento.

Great location w/helpfull, courteous staff

Location is good and the facilities adequate. Do not use the nominated car park it has public access and is not safe. Reviews show it has had vehicles attacked on several occasions. Our car was attacked too with the intent clearly of stealing the vehicle. Car park is 400 yards from the hotel and difficult to navigate too. Don’t waste your efforts. Park elsewhere.

Albergo molto curato e pulito. Non lasciatevi ingannare dalle stelle, ne merita molte di più di quelle ufficiali. Il personale è gentilissimo ed accogliente. La posizione è davvero ottima e ha un parcheggio convenzionato veramente funzionale. Consigliatissimo

chambre impecable, personnel sympatique

The location of this hotel is unbeatable if you’re in San Sebastián to explore the culinary delights of the old town. We opted for a sea view room and it was worth every penny. Waking up to the waves crashing against the rocks, right outside our window was such a special experience. The only downside, and this did have quite a negative impact on our stay, was that the bed was so hard! I’ve stayed in some questionable hostels across Europe, I’m not too fussy about it here I sleep normally but the mattress caused me terrible back and shoulder pain. So if you require anything other than a solid, flat mattress then this may not be a great stay for you. Despite all the wonderful things about the hotel this has put us off returning to it for our next stay in San Sebastián. The staff were very helpful and friendly, the room was cleaned beautifully every day, as I said the location is brilliant (although a fair walk from the bus station if that is how you’re arriving), the showers are powerful. Really, the hotel would be perfect if they were to change the mattresses. Also, a very small note if you have thick or long hair - the hairdryer wasn’t very powerful at all so if I were to return I would bring my own. Overall it was a great stay, just unfortunately let down by an uncomfortable sleep.

Great location. Very nice and helpful staff. Nice room with plenty of hot water. Comfy beds. Would stay again but not in the same room. Such a shame about the noise from the working garage below our room (102) early morning until late evening.

Clean and great location for old town

The room was spotless, and the staff was a great pleasure to deal with. This hotel is a real surprise. Its humble aspect is contradicted by superb attentiveness and dramatic location.

Great location across from the sea and walkway. In Old Town with all the history, shops, restaurants, bars and lots of Pintxos! Staff was very nice and arranged a taxi for us for an early morning ride to the train station. Room was great with a wonderfuk shower and fluffy towels!

Små rom, men rent og pent. Ikke utsikt. Veldig sentral beliggenhet i forhold gamlebyen og strender.

A localização é excelente. Cama bastante confortável. Quarto relativamente pequeno, o que não foi um problema, já que passamos somente 1 noite. O chuveiro é bom, mas o banheiro poderia ser renovado. O estacionamento é uma facilidade. Ótimo atendimento na recepção.

　必要最低限のものは全て揃っている、また清掃も行き届いていて清潔感もある。 　周辺の建物が工事中だった為、日中は工事の騒音がうるさい。 　しかし割と朝から夜遅くまで外出していたので、あまり気にはならなかった。 　ホテルでゆっくりという人には、部屋の狭さ、外の騒音という点を考えると不向きである。 　しかしサンセバスチャンという街は朝から夜遅くまで楽しめるので、ホテルは寝るだけの利用で十分。 　立地がとてもいいので、遅くまでバル巡りを楽しんで、すぐホテルに戻れるのはありがたかった。
