I returned to hotel Ritual this year, and one of the many reasons I always book this hotel was partly for its pool and leisure facilities. The pool area is spacious usually with great staff and a fantastic atmosphere. During my stay, the pool area was occupied by organised events and large numbers of non-resident visitors for several days, which significantly restricted guests' ability to use the facilities. There were 3 days during my stay where I was unable to get to the pool area until at least late afternoon which made it all a little redundant I had issues with trying also obtain the lift key for the beach with the 3 different times I asked I was informed it was unavailable and to check later. The superior room was spacious, with great facilities and a great sea view. I did however notice a smell of stale smoke from the room on arrival and on one occasion my room was not cleaned because 3pm I was told was too late. I had a great time as always in torremolinos but I do feel there was a duty to inform me of the multiple events taking place and the restrictions this may have placed on using the facilities and amenities advertised. Had I been aware of the impact this may have had on my trip, I may have chosen alternative accommodation.

Great Place to stay, just one or two niggles. The bedding and towels had a distinct smell of chip fat / fried food so guess the laundry store is near the kitchen. The roof top pool area closes far too early (7:00pm) It ought to close around sunset in my view. We did have one meal in the restaurant which was okay but nothing special. All in all though, a good experience and the staff were really good.

Great experience overall. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and I really enjoyed my stay. The only uncomfortable moment was with a member of the bar staff at the top-floor pool, who asked me to get naked even though I was only wearing Speedos. This was confusing, as the website states that the area is clothing-optional. Aside from that, everything was excellent, and I had a great experience. I would happily return.

Super skøn panoramaudsigt til havet. Super lækker morgenmad. Gode pools. Virkelig serviceminded personale. Nedslidt hotel, men vi kommer da tilbage.

This was the best hotel! I had an incredible vacation, staff was amazing, the breakfast was perfect! And the location you can’t beat! I can’t wait to stay again!

Location really good, hotel nice and modern, staff friendly, rooms always immaculate. Hotel in general is just a lovely hotel and is has its target market to a T in terms of entertainment and chicness.

Helt okej standard på hotellet men de borde byta sängarna som är lite hårda. Fin utsikt, bra läge och härlig stämning vid poolerna.

Breakfast was great although wish they started serving earlier for us early birds. The room was clean and the balcony was great.

It is a great hotel with lots of features - roof top pool, sauna and pool. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, bathroom needs updating- dirty shower curtain. Pool area is good with lots of sun loungers but the music is too loud, impossible to listen to your own music. Friendly staff, would stay again.

Leider war das Zimmer in die Jahre und heruntergekommen. Trotz bitte wurden meine Handtücher erst am 3. Tag gewechselt. Von Hygiene und Sauberkeit kann man in diesem Hotel auch nicht sprechen. Zudem trennen die Zimmer mit Meerblick Holztüren zum Nachbar voneinander, bei dem man jedes Gespräch, Husten, am Handy spielen oder sogar den kompletten Toilettengang mitbekommt. Preis Leistung stimmt leider garnicht & wer Erholung wünscht ist hier nicht wirklich richtig. Das Personal war nur teilweise freundlich bzw. Gerade an der Rezeption wirkten einige eher genervt. Eindruck siehe Bilder.

The rooms are needs updating and are very tired. Very hard cheap Mattresses. Bathroom needs update. Breakfast was ok for the price.

The buffet breakfast was amazing and the location can't be beat, but the hotel is slowly shifting away from its exclusively gay clientele. The staff were friendly and informative!
