Staff were really nice and very helpful. We had a nice room, with a lovely view of the mountains.

Quite and very nice place to stay. We stayed for 3 Nights and had wounderful dinner menue and relaxt times at the pool. Service was very friendly and supportive.

Beautiful setting and view, peaceful, wonderful terrace to eat meals, great decoration

I am very picky about hotels, pictures don’t do this place justice and it exceeded my expectations. The views are some of the best on the island. Yes, it is further away from “everything” but that’s part of the beauty of it. Highly recommend this property

Great views of Mallorca mountanains. Beautiful landscaping, pool and restaurant. Excellent indoor pool. Restaurant is expensive. There are steps in domain.

The area itself is stunning and extremely tranquil. However I found the overall service poor. One waitress was repeatedly rude to my partner and I at breakfast for wanting to sit inside. The room was small, didn’t have a bin and had no AC so got very hot in the day.

Scenic location, with interesting wineries nearby as well as amazing Castell de Alaro if you are ready for a 2.5-hour hike (one way). Staff is good. Food is OK but isn't quite on the same level as everything else.

We loved the place and the staff was amazing, very helpful and friendly. The property itself was quite, beautiful and remote just like we wanted to be.make sure you rent a car as it is remote from the big city center. We are definetly planning on renewing our visit.

We love everything about this hotel and staff. We discovered it a couple of years ago and had lunch there, we always said we would return for a stay and it lived up to expectations and perhaps even exceeded. The pool, the view, the terrace, the restaurant, the staff, the space, the rooms - everything was wonderful. We felt very well looked after and cared for, the restaurant much better than we had remembered so much so we ate every meal there during our two night stay. We wish we had stayed longer as believe this hotel not only suits brief stays but long stays. We did struggle with WIFI in our room but settled in the conference centre when needing to work. Phone signal was an issue for us but many other guests seemed not to have a problem so we might have been unlucky. We found out where it worked and then settled into that (we're business owners hence that was a concern for us). The calm and kind staff who were truly wonderful, the beauty and peace from the mountain views made for a wonderful stay for us and we will return. We even believe that it would be cosy and lovely in Winter!

Ubicación y entorno de 10, sitio muy apropiado para desconectar. El personal es muy atento, trato muy familiar, te hacen sentir como en casa. Habitaciones, al menos la nuestra, mejorable, poca luz y ducha no acorde con el hotel ni con el precio de la misma. Restaurante muy bueno, buen producto y servicio, precios excesivos de algunos platos y de los vinos, horario de cocina a mejorar, cierra a las 22 h.

Lugar idílico. La piscina mirando a la imponente muela es una maravilla. El hotel tiene mucho encanto. Quizás servicio de bar en la piscina sería un punto a mejorar

Le lieu est magnifique, la rénovation est plutôt réussie. La vue est incroyable, mais la gestion et le personnel ne sont pas au niveau ! - chambre réservée pour trois : uniquement deux peignoirs - pas de serviette de piscine ni dans la chambre, ni au bord de la piscine. Nous retournons à l’accueil ou l’on nous informe qu’une caution est obligatoire pour avoir une serviette uniquement en cash. (Dans ce genre de lieu, où l’on paye 400euros une chambre + restaurant c’est hallucinant de demander 10 balles en cash pour obtenir une serviette de piscine) nous n’avions pas assez de cash, nous avons donc dû nous contenter de deux serviettes pour trois ! - les serveurs ne sont pas souriant et parlent mal l’anglais. Très très dommage tant le lieu est sublime !

Very nice location, main problem was that the room was very warm. Food was reasonably priced though they wanted a 10 Euro deposit for the pool towel. Inconvenient as I didn’t take any money to the pool.
