호텔 루랄 빌라 에르미과

I was expecting a hotel but it’s a series of rooms in a rural refuge. Some amenities need fixing and given the cold weather the room was always cold with a feeling of damp. On a positive it’s clean and the shower is hot. Other guests are helpful too.

Hyggeligt hotel , men gammelt og slidt. Vasken i fælles køkken stoppet. Hyggeligt og hjælpsomt personale . Først og fremmest hyggelig beliggenhed , mellem meget høje fjelde . Hvis man kan lide det simple og hyggelige , så er det stedet. Dejlig by og gode restauranter . Stejle vandrestier starter her i Heremigua

Dommage qu’il n’y a personne sur place pour la réception. Les instructions par téléphone pas aisé pour se comprendre ; surprenant mais ça marche. La douche un peu petite. Sinon la Gomera nous a beaucoup plut.

La ducha de pena con cortinas y el agua se sale, el secador no funcionaba, mucho ruido de madrgada del trafico de la carretera, desayuno sin bolleria ni tostadora para pan, caro paro lo que es.

Zimmer 5 ist nur schwer bewohnbar. Nur Fenster auf einen Flur Ist günstig aber schwierig

Perfect for people hiking on La Gomera. Good communication with the owner through the app since the reception only opens in the morning.

A lovely quaint property, walking distance to village. Nice private terrace and shared terrace. Kitchen facilities available where yiu can make your own coffee, food etc. Hreat value for the price.

This is a beautiful, rustic hotel in a wonderful town in the mountains. It’s simple, but comfortable. The terrace is wonderful and I loved the many plants decorating each corner of the hotel. Make sure to have a working phone and ask for the owner’s phone number beforehand, in case you don’t find any instructions when you arrive. Everything worked perfectly for us, but several guests were locked out and we had to let them in and help them connect to the owner upon their arrival. Ask for a room on the ground floor if you have physical restrictions or difficulties climbing stairs.

Das Hotel ist sehr ländlich und einfach, aber detailverliebt mit vielen Pflanzen und lokaltypischen Einrichtungen. Es besteht keine Möglichkeit, im Hotel zu frühstücken. Das Restaurant im Haus ist geschlossen. Die Rezeption ist nur vormittags besetzt. Über einen Schlüsselkasten bekommt man Zugang. Bei mir hat der Gastgeber am Schluss 15 € mehr verlangt, als bei EXPEDIA ausgewiesen. Sehr nett und sympathisch war die Rezeptionistin und Servicekraft.

Hotel sin mantenimiento, la habitación al llegar estaba muy sucia, sobre todo los suelos, con insectos y suciedad que no fue limpiada durante las tres noches que pasamos allí. Sin ventilador, aire acondicionado, papelera… dice ser un hotel pero no tiene recepción ni personal para atender a los huéspedes, el gerente acude el día de la entrada a dar las llaves y cobrar, y no se vuelve a saber nada de él. No creo que pueda llamarse hotel, no tiene comedor y la suerte de cocina comunitaria es una despensa vieja con vajilla vieja y sucia y varias botellas de vino a la venta. No volveré jamás.

As you can see in the photo, but we did not realise at time of booking, is that there is a lovely terrace outside and open-sided sitting room. This is a great place for having breakfast, doing yoga or having a drink while watching the sun go down. There is also a mini-kitchen where you can prepare simple food. The room was simple but fine, with its own small balcony. Francie, the receptionist, was friendly and helpful and corrected my Spanish! We were a little confused by info on check-in time, but reception is generally open from 8am-1pm and we were welcomed to check-in at 11am as we arrived off the local bus.

Very quiet hotel.

Hotel liegt guenstig im oberen Bereich Hermiguas, mit guter Anbindung an den Nationalpark als auch an die Kueste im Norden. Einfache Zimmer, sehr sauber, mit kleinen Balkonen mit Meerblick und/oder allgem. Terrasse. Netter fruehstuecksraum mit einfachem, aber ausreichendem Fruehstueck.

One of the cheaper hotels on La Gomera with basic amenities. . If nobody is in the reception you need to call them., phone number is on the door. The hotel is close to the center of Hermigua. It is about 30 minutes from the port in San Sebastian. There is a restaurant in the hotel with excellent food (apart from the pizza). Breakfast is included. There are a few other restaurants in the town, the best in my view was Tasca Telémaco which is close tho the church in the center of the town. Most people I met on La Gomera were there for the hiking. Typically people sleep in one town and then have a rental car to do excursions on the island.
