Salle de bain dans son jus Pas de couette sur le lit un 4 janvier ! Aucune réception pour garder vos sacs (soit disant ouverte tous les jours mais il n’y avait personne avant 15h) Très cher pour l’état de la chambre et 0 service

Room breach and cold shower.

The room had a fridge, which I initially thought was a bonus, but it was so noisy that we had to switch it off during the night. The air con was good. There's a communal room with a kettle and microwave. Opposite the hotel, there's a big supermarket and a bus stop. On the seafront, a few metres away, there are plenty of restaurants.

Hôtel Ventus was located by beautiful Medano Beach. It was very relaxing.

I was really disappointed with my stay. The elevator was broken during our stay which is a really big hassle. Also, we had a huge leak in our room on the last night. Faulty AC. No staff at night so I tried texting them on Whatsapp (they have used Whatsapp to text me) And never got any help or answer. It’s hard to park right by the hotel, but you can park your car a walking distance. Close to the beach and clean. But too many issues for me to give a good rating.

Billederne på hjemmesiden lever desværre ikke helt op til forventningerne. Fik en mail om at vi kunne tjekke ind online og modtage en kode, den kom ikke. Da vi kom frem til hotellet blev vi heldigvis lukket ind af nogle andre, men manglede stadig koden til vores værelse. Vi måtte vente på at der kom en og låste døren op gav os vores nøglekort, da hendes kollega havde glemt at ligge et.. Dagen efter da vi skulle tjekke ud, var de ikke særlig behjælpelige med at finde taxa.

E' stata una sosta tecnica di una notte, non avendo grosse esigenze. La stanza era al primo piano al di sopra di una fermata dell'autobus.

Bruyant toute la nuit À côté de chambre de jeune qui ont fait la fête toute la nuit Une honte !!!

Nos falló la ducha el primer día y el dispensador de gel. El resto todo bien, muy limpio. Aire acondicionado genial. Muy bien equipado. Como sugerencia, añadiría un tendedero en la terraza.

La ubicación, la tranquilidad.

Staff were very helpful and called a taxi for me. Checking in was a breeze the night before also since I arrived after hours.

No me parece correcto que se cobre por el uso de la caja fuerte. Causa MUY MAL EFECTO

Great location and great staff.

It’s a basic hotel, great for an overnight stay. El Medano is a lovely small town with good restaurants close to the hotel

Muy comoda y limpia

Outlr top floorappartment was very well appointed and stylishly decorated with comfy beds, good little kitchen and large balcony with a180 degree view. Couldn’t fault any of that. Just as we were leaving after onlybone night's stay the loo wouldn't flush. No phone to call reception and when I went down to use the loo there there was no one around. The worst aspect howevercwas checking in. It was sooooo slow. There were 3 groups ahead of us when check in opened at 3pm. We were there forc at least 30 minutes in the queue. When we were seen the receptionist couldn't see my name on her list until I told her we'd already paid. You can check in on line but it wasn't practical as I wasn’t with my colleague to get her documentation. The poor girl ahead of us waited an hour and a half and they still couldn't find her booking which had been made through an agency.

Struggled to check in but once we foind phone no and they communicated with us by WhatsApp because we didn’t speak Spanish and they didn’t speak English they were able to sort everything out. We are retired ladies not used to everything digital but we have learned a lot. We felt very safe Staff were friendly and helpful and we somehow managed to communicate ok. Room clean and comfortable. Fridge very welcome as was air con. Excellent value for money

Arrived very late and late arrival arrangements worked flawlessly!

It was hardly ever manned . The maid was OK , but it was difficult to get into initially. I signed up expecting breakfast but there was no food facilities.. it looked like accomodation for those servicing the tourists rather than tourists( but i expect it is now out of reach for most) . We did encounter the manager on checkout day , but he was openly hostile because we used the foyer briefly to repack our stuff after the beach.The hire care was parked outside. i met so many people in the foyer or outside unable to access the roorms because the dopey manager had neglected to send the promised PIN code . What a moron.
