Magnífica atención y trato educador y afable por parte de recepción "Sandra" y el director del establecimiento "Domingo". Siempre dispuestos a ayudar al cliente.

Todo muy bien, muy atentos cuando tuvimos un problema de accesibilidad. El único aspecto malo fue a la hora del check out con una recepcionista que fue un poco desagradable

El hotel tiene mucho encanto. La comida es excelente El personal es muy amable y tienen entera disposición por los clientes. Mi experiencia ha sido muy buena Volveré sin duda

Très bon accueil chambre spacieuse avec petit jardin clos. Environnement intérieur à l’hôtel magnifique mais village désert et en désuétude. Restaurant étoilé menu du soir à 75€ par personne mais ça vaut le coup. Petit déjeuner très correct.

Todo ha sido magnifico, destacaria la comida en el restaurante y los jardines del hotel.

Es una maravilla de hotel, se respira paz solo cruzar la puerta. El personal su profesionalidad y el servicio perfecto. No que hablar del restaurante, que barbaridad, de lo mejor que he probado últimamente

Hotel Villa Retiro has two types of rooms: One type is classic, and the other is modern minimalist. Both are nice, and both are large and comfortable.

Nos cambiaron son cargo alguno a una junior suite, que no conocíamos en nuestra estancia anterior y la experiencia fue magnífica. Estupendo entorno para relajarse y disfrutar de la pareja y la naturaleza. El menú de degustación clásico del restaurante es sumamente recomendable. El desayuno inigualable: muy copioso y con una gran calidad, así como cava incluído.

El Hotel está muy bien. En un entorno muy bonito. El servicio genial y la atención impecable. El desayuno de buena calidad y el restaurante del hotel de 1 estrella michelin ofrece un menú de gran calidad

Absolutely a lucky find while browsing Orbitz. Old Spanish charm and new, spacious rooms with plenty of amenities. I have paid much more in other hotels for a lot less. Don't miss Hotel Villa Retiro (and don't miss the restaurant while you are here).

Nos encantó el servicio excelente, las instalaciones y la tranquilidad que se respira. Ideal para el descanso. Una experiencia excelente y muy recomendable!!!! Sólo sugeriría: en la habitación una puerta en el wáter para una cierta intimidad. Y en el restaurante sugeriría que se sirvan todos los platos que indica el menú degustación pués nos faltaron dos (uno del aperitivo y uno del postre).

Geräumige Zimmer vor allem in der Villa. Wir haben das Zimmer gewechselt. Zuerst waren wir in der Villa. Die Matratze war aber zu weich un unbequem. Uns wurde dann ein Zimmer im neuen Trakt gegeben. Dort war das Bett wieder sehr gut. Für ein 5 Sterne Hotel hätte ich eine bessere Wartung erwartet. Der Bereich um den Pool bräuchte etwas mehr Aufmerksamkeit. Auch der Pool könnte besser gereinigt werden. Z.b. mit einem Pool Roboter über Nacht. Wegen der Bäume und Sträucher um den Pool und auf dem ganzen Anwesen hat es viel Schatteplätze aber auch viel Mücken. Das Personal war sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Wir haben auch im Michelin Stern Restaurant gegessen, dass zum Hotel gehört. Sehr gutes Essen und vernünftige Preise. Alles in Allem aber ein sehr geruhsamer und lohnender Aufenthalt. Zu empfehlen. Auch die Ausflugsmöglichkeiten in der Umgebung sind sehr interessant.

We arrived in the early evening and were greeted by the front desk and shown to our room. She then mentioned that the restaurant was closed but she could offer cheese, a salad, and wine. It was perfect. A groaning board breakfast was served to us once again even though the restaurant was officially closed for the day. Room was spacious with a balcony looking out on the property

Beautiful hotel. Great location and is well-kept. Minus point is that there is no door in the bathroom. I found that very unfortunate: to listen and to smell how the other person does his needs is not immediately romantic. Furthermore, super beautiful. The restaurant is amazing! The chef is a magician! Loved the food, well deserved Michelin star.

Nettes, kleines Hotel mit historischem Chic, aufmerksamen Personal und hervorragendem Frühstück; gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis. Xerta bildet ein hervorragenden Ausgangspunkt für das Delta, für die umliegende Nationalparks, für Fahrten auf den Via Verdes oder um im Hotel zu bleiben. Gerne kommen wir wieder

The experience was good, service was great, swimming pool was nice, the food was amazing (must eat at the restaurant for dinner). However, sleeping was an issue, the bed was so noisy that sitting on it, it creaked, they definitely needed a new bed or at least fix the frame. The next day we informed the staff of the condition of the bed and they told us this was a first complaint, hopefully they have that bed fixed for the next guests.
