We absolutely loved our stay and can’t wait to return. The hotel was spotless and beautifully maintained. The staff were incredibly helpful, including the awesome Scottish bartender, Montse, Bruno, and the rest of the team. The location couldn’t be more central. Everyone was professional, kind, and genuinely caring. Thank you for such a wonderful stay!

Excellent location. Great front desk staff and bar service. Breakfast offered and excellent variety - full breakfast North American style and European and Mimosa available. Room very spacious - recommend asking for a balcony. We had a triple room so perhaps not an option. Soundproofing was tested with what must have been a hen party above us. Recommend asking for a room on top floor to avoid that possibility.

Heerlijk verblijf gehad. Mooie schone kamer met uitzicht op het zwembad. Bedjes voor bij zwembad waren altijd beschikbaar. Vriendelijk personeel. Ontbijt pas perfect! Als ik 1 puntje mag benoemen dan was het de koffie. Helaas was die niet echt lekker bij het ontbijt. Gelukkig compenseerde de koffie op de kamer dit weer. Wij vertrokken vroeg en kregen een ontbijt pakketje mee, super vriendelijk.

We were welcomed warmly, even though our flight was delayed by a few hours. Email correspondence was prompt and accommodating prior to our arrival. Service from all members of staff was on point, each going above and beyond when needed. Breakfast was plentiful, and catered for all dietary requirements. Pool area was comfortable and a nice sun trap. Loved staying here.

The front desk staff was so friendly and helpful. They greeted us each time we walked in the front door. The parking was perfect as the area is walkable. The breakfast was beyond delicious. Several fresh options and missing items were restocked quickly. The breakfast Staff was ready to help in any way they could. Rosa in particular was so thoughtful. She helped prepare a plate and some tea for my husband who was not feeling well and didn’t make it to breakfast. Thank you, hotel Windsor. We will definitely be back to visit!

Have had a lovely week at Hotel Windsor, the location is great, really central. The rooms and whole hotel are well maintained and spotlessly clean. The breakfast had plenty of choice, other food and drink was very nice as well. But the best bit about the hotel is the amazing staff that are a credit to the hotel, nothing was too much trouble. Next time I’m in Tossa de Mar I’m staying at the Hotel Windsor.

Hotel Windsor is a beautiful hotel just a few minutes from the beaches and main centre. All staff were friendly and attentive, especially Robby on reception who was very helpful. Would definitely go back.

The hotel was recently renovated. Staff very nice. It’s almost a four star resort. Very nice pool, very clean all over resort. Excellent breakfast buffet. Snack and light lunch options by the pool, well priced. Beach was extremely busy so we enjoyed the quiet and warm pool. Notes for the hotel Room was comfortable although a bit tight for three, no balcony in our room so drying pool towels a bit hard. quality of pillows could be improved. Mattress was comfortable. We will go back if we return to Costa brava as we loved the overall feel of the hotel. Thank you hotel Windsor.

Very welcoming staff and great breakfast. Hotel is located close to the beach and City Center. We could also borrow the beach bag and parasol. However, the parking possibility was very limited in the hotel.

Have had a lovely week at Hotel Windsor, the location is great, really central. The rooms and whole hotel are well maintained and spotlessly clean. The breakfast had plenty of choice, other food and drink was very nice as well. But the best bit about the hotel is the amazing staff that are a credit to the hotel, nothing was too much trouble. Next time I’m in Tossa de Mar I’m staying at the Hotel Windsor.
