매우 만족합니다. 현대적인 숙박시설로 푹 쉬었다가 갑니다

위치가 조금 떨어져있긴하지만 시설및 직원분들의 서비스 너무 좋았습니다. 다음에 가도 묵고싶어요

진심 너무 좋아요. 세비야 대성당쪽과는 거리가 좀 있어서 망설였는데 걸어다닐 정도 됩니다. 저흰 자전거 빌려 다녔어요. 자전거 진심 최고입니다 강추해요. 호텔 직원들 매우 친절하고 수영장도 작긴 하지만 좋습니다. 조식도 그런대로 괜찮습니다.

호텔은 좋습니다 시설도 좋고 위치도 좋구요 단점을 꼽으라면 너무 따뜻해서 더웠네요 환기가 잘안되서 아쉬웠습니다 나머지는다 만족스러웟네요

위치가 구시가지에 있지는 않지만 이동하고 관광하는데 전혀 어려움이 없었습니다. 방은 모던하고 깔끔했습니다. 다만, 조식이 조금 부실합니다.

옛날 분위기를 그대로 느낄수 있는 호텔입니다. 좀 어둡기는한데 객실 내부 인테리어가 고풍스러워요. 우리나라로 치면 한옥같은 분위기에요.

만족스럽습니다. 친절하고 깔끔하고 스페인에서 묶었던 호텔 중 최고의 호텔입니다.

Très bel hôtel, au calme tout en étant tout proche du quartier vivant de Triana. Tout est propre et impeccable. Personnel serviable et aimable. Piscine agréable pour se rafraîchir entre deux visites. Hôtel à proximité à pieds du fleuve et du centre Parfait!!

Save your money and don’t stay here, it was beyond dirty. There was a stain in couch and the sheets had an odor. I booked in the main part of the hotel and upon arrival got an apartment from the “good night” part of it that smelled like sewage water. When asked for a room change I was told they were “full” and the staff offered nothing to make up for all the issues noted.

The reception staff were rude but the staff at the pool were amazing. I almost left upon arrival due to how rude the gentleman at the front was. I did however stick it out and was pleasantly surprised at how the atmosphere was completely different once we reached the pool top. I think the overall experience was ok but the front end could definitely use customer service training. The hotel itself, was well kept and the rooms were very clean. I did not like that the staff entered our room without asking to get the luggage rack that we had to push ourselves to our room. They could have called and asked us to bring it back. Nothing was missing but it wasn’t a good feeling especially when all of our passports were in the room. With that being said, our door had to be slammed shut with quite a bit of force or it would not close. We came back from the pool and realized it had not been closed all of the way. Other than the rude front end staff and the feeling of our room not being secure, it was an ok stay.

Super lindo el hotel, excelente ubicación y muy limpio, el personal super amable, el desayuno buffet espectacular! Nos llevaron en la calandria a la feria y a la plaza de toros, nos encanto!!!

Clean, beautiful property. They have an indoor courtyard where the entrance to the garage is located making coming with a car super convenient. Garage is underground/covered and safe. Staff was very nice, and were able to let us park the car early since they had the space even though check in wasn’t officially until later. Would stay again.

Snygg entré och restaurang miljö för frukosten, rum lite tråkiga, dåligt handfat o bänk i badrum, personalen so so .. men rent o fint, kall pool då dom ej värmer den och stänger vid lite regn. Varma maten på frukost dålig men resten bra

A great hotel in a nice location , a pleasant 10 minute walk to all the main attractions. There are busy local bars down the side streets as you walk towards the river and the historic attractions. Beer and wine is very reasonably priced in the local bars. Rooms are clean. modern and the beds very comfortable. The buffet breakfast is also good with a wide selection of breakfast options. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooftop pool is ideal for afternoon sunbathing and refreshments from the bar. Overall a great place to stay.

Really enjoyed our stay. Lovely hotel, great breakfast, and we ate in the restaurant a few nights which was great value and tasty.

Good location, within walking distances to all the attractions & restaurants. Really disappointing that the pool was closed when it was 28 degrees. I chose this hotel as I wanted somewhere with a pool.
