하이드 파크 레인

Nous sommes restés 1 semaine. Notre logement était situé au calme, très propre et bien aménagé. La cuisine bien équipée (il nous manquait juste un couteau qui coupe bien). Nous allions à pieds (env 15mn/20mn.) au bord de mer où se trouvent de très nombreux bars et restaurants. Possibilité de se garer facilement (en tout cas au mois de mai)

4 ème séjours dans cette hôtel qui reste correct dans l'ensemble. Les bungalows sont calmes, les piscines ne sont pas chauffées. Quelques points négatifs beaucoup d'attente au cuissons et quel dommage de ne plus avoir de pains frais. Pour un séjour de quelques jours ça va pour plus long séjour c'est assez rébarbatif.

It’s so clean and the staff are so friendly, it is the most well maintained place we have ever stayed in! It’s great distance to bars and shops! We love it here!

What can I say ... absolutely beautiful!!!

Really Iarge complex a little isolated and not a lot off entertainment for the size of the complex. The apartments are very spacious and really clean but if you have any walking issues you will need a taxi to get down to the main resort.

Excelente servicio : en la recepción, el personal fue muy amable, Santana nos acogió siempre con la sonrisa y con un servicio de calidad. Nada que decir de la comida, que fue excelente. Guille Cabrera estuvo pendiente de todo detalle, y la comida de escándalo! Totalmente recomendable este hotel si buscan tranquilidad, estar cerca del mar y excelente servicio.

Broken aircon, lack of communication. Kids pool with flaky paint which ended up my daughter injuring her toe and ending in a medical centre costing €220. Do not think i will rush to go back there

I loved every aspect of this holiday. The staff were the best thing. Outstanding service. So friendly and helpful. The accomodation was spotlessly clean. The facilities were spotles. The pool area and bar are just gorgeous and a perfect place to chill out. This was our third visit there and we will return.

Hotel was beautiful and staff were excellent. Everywhere was pristine and the room was clean and comfortable. The only thing to improve was communication on the buffet - what food is what, where cups etc are

I have been to Lanzarote many time.. Hyde Park Lane apartments are the best Iv stayed in ... fantastic choice of food from the breakfast buffet to pizza at the pool bar, spotless trueout,staff very helpful and accommodating....and for the spa treatments onsite just amazing.......I'm taken off one star just for some wear and tear in the doors in the apartment.....I will definitely be returning at some point

Hyde Park Lane. What can i say? Perfect love the place. So clean, food great, staff amazing, been there 45 days over 12 month period!, addiition of live music is good though more staff required on the bar. Maids in every 2 days love the smell of the cleanliness.

Lovely quiet apartment with all you need, beds comfortable. Only one slight criticism is that there was no air conditioning only available over the summer months and was really warm in the bedroom

Just love this place.We return regularly! It ‘ticks all the boxes’: The location is perfect, set back in quiet area just on the outskirts of Puerto Del Carmen, but only a few minutes walk to the seafront which leads to the main resort. The property is immaculately maintained and cleanliness in the restaurant outstanding.Food is excellent and beautifully presented.The bungalows are well equipped and there is a huge pool with abundance of sunbeds. The staff are all so pleasant and helpful.

The hotel reception and catering staff were not caring or helpful and never engaged with their guests displaying poor people and communication skills. Their was one male breakfast chef, one female evening barmaid, and a male entertainment manager who did stand out from the rest and worked hard to communicate and please all residents . The choice of food was repetitive at best ,tasteless and cold everyday with various choices running out early in the evening restricting the poor choice further.Evening entertainment was good although most residents did not attend therfore lacked any atmosphere. Drink price's were competitive with other establishment's, and the pool and garden areas were nice. I would not recommend due to poor staff attitudes, cold tastless food, and the poor location of hotel with no bars or shops close by.

El lugar es muy bonito , las habitaciones cómodas pero le falta mucho mantenimiento , las paredes muy sucias , se aprecian cosas que deben reparar , esta muy alejado de todo , hay un mercado en las instalaciones pero los precios son muy caros , deberían considerar un precio más módico por lo demás está bien.

I was eager to stay at Hyde park lane again after 1 previous visit and it didnt dissapoint.Very comfortable apartments with staff very quick and eager to respond if i needed anything.lovely swimming pool and allways plenty of sunbeds available.Nice restaurant and staff allways very friendly and helpful.will definitely stay here again and would recommend to others

Wonderful stay! Employees very kind and helpful. The position is strategic since it’s nearby the airport and in the middle of the island
