올인클루시브 너무 좋네요 수영장도 여기저기 가깝고, 바다를 끼고 있어서 스노쿨링하기 너무 좋습니다. 식당이 4개인데 모두 부페고 음식이 아주 좋습니다. 해변식당은 꼭 예약해야 되는데, 2일안에는 항상 마감이니, 체크인전에 앱을 깔아서 미리 예약해보세요 리조트안에 마트랑 옷가게 없는게 없습니다 시내는 차로 10-20분 나가야 있습니다. 며칠간여기서 살아야 합니다. 공항에서는 약1시간. 택시로 90유로.

스페인,유럽사람들이 가족여행으로 오는곳이라 숙소 전체가 이국접인 느낌이 있습니다. 여행기간동안 한국인은 물론 아시아 사람도 한명 없는 숙소라 뭔가 이상(?)한 하지만 매력적인 숙소라는 생각이 듭니다 All inclusive 라 열심히 먹고 놀았습니다 가족여행으로 추천합니다 ^^

The property seems pretty old. The room smells not good. A/C is not working well. So, the room was very humid and still hot. The service was great and everyone who works there was very nice. I guess the main issue for us the property seems to need a renovation..

대체적으로 좋았고, 단지 all inclusive에 대한 개념이 없어서. 그냥 본인이 떠 먹는 거 말고도, 수종의 칵테일, 저렴한 위스키 (조니워커 레드라벨 급) 등은 모두 공짜입니다. 동양인은 6일동안 10명도 채 못봤네요. 사람이 많아 좀 정신이 없긴한데 (wife왈) 전 그것도 그다지 부담이 안되었읍니다.

Great location

Generally a very nice holiday. The positives: firstly a big thank you to all the staff, everyone we met was friendly and helpful, absolutely a great team. The food, great choice for all and excellent quality, very enjoyable. (remember it's a family resort so can be a bit chaotic at times!) Lots of entertainment especially for the kids. Kids loved the little beach and the hotel is located only 5 minutes (by bus or taxi) to a lovely little town/marina if you want to get out. Negatives, nowhere for adults to get away for a bit of peace, no adult pool or bar so for us poor grandparents it was "full on". Our rooms were quite old and dated, (block 12) which was a shame and did "spoil" the experience. We did bring to their attention a couple of issues after a few days, which we thought had been resolved including a damaged bathroom window. However in one of our rooms that bathroom window fell open with no warning if one of the children was underneath, I dread to think. The tiled floor in the bedroom was sinking resulting in tile cracking with sharp edges. I believe block 12 is the only accommodation not refurbished yet and other blocks did look new. I would say the management did seem genuinely concerned and helpful in finally getting the window repaired but we should never had been put at risk in the first place. That incident did spoil what would have been a lovely family holiday.

En general lo mejor las actividades de niños . Pocas opciones para comer solo el restaurante principal es de gran variedad.. la comida es de calidad … no recomiendo el restaurante en la playa , a pesar de hacer una reserva anticipada llegas y tienes que esperar colas de 15 min porque no te dejan sentarte .. allí no hay variedad de comida .. ni para desayunar y mucho menos para cenar … si no eliges habitaciones cerca de las piscinas tienes que andar muchísimo desde las demás habitaciones que están fuera del hotel .. un tiempo perdido y muy incómodo con niños … el último día nuestras toallas y almohadas desaparecieron de la piscina .. ( menos mal que cojo siempre mi bolso con objetos personales) seguro no repetiré por el precio que pagué esperaba algo mejor

Un excellent hôtel avec toutes les commodités. Toute la famille, petits et grands, on trouvé leurs bonheurs. Plusieurs restaurants, plusieurs piscines pour toutes les âges. L’hôtel est immense, si on est logé loin, on peut passer plusieurs minutes pour arriver à la réception. Le personnel est gentil et serviable. La distance à la plage dépend de l’emplacement de la chambre. Je conseille cette hôtel pour les familles.

El servicio médico que indican es inesistente, te dicen que es a través de pago, el agua sale salada y las tomas de agua no tenían agua potable. En el castillo de los niños, mi pequeña se hizo un corte, los champús no estaban lleno, para el precio bastante deficiente el servicio

This is a perfect family hotel. That it is in a resort, makes it so relaxable, and there is no worries about people stealing, like on a public beach. Also you don't have to go around worrying about your children. A safe and relaxing super place

Das Hotel hat ein grosses Angebot für Kinder, wir waren mit unserem Kindern und Enkeln dort. Essen und Getränke waren wunderbar. Wir würden trotzdem nicht mehr dieses Hotel besuchen weil wir uns was die Entfernung von unserem Apartment zum Hotel betrifft, sehr unzufrieden waren. Mit 2 Enkeln 4 Monate und 2 Jahre alt hat man uns ein Appartement Nr.4540 und 4541, die als Familienzimmer deklariert waren !!! zugeteilt,welches in maximaler Entfernung zum Hotel lag. Ca. 400 m. Entfernung zum Haupthaus mit Speisesaal ohne Rampen für die Kinderwagen. Wir mussten vom Appartement eine starke befahrene Straße überqueren, anschließend 2 Kinderwagen 3 Treppen ( nicht Treppenstufen) herauftragen. Das hat uns den Spaß am Urlaub sehr vermiest. Als wir, bzw. meine Kinder um ein näher zum Hotel gelegenes Zimmer baten (hier hätten wir keine Treppen steigen müssen) sollte dies 75 Euro pro Tag extra kosten. Im Angebot des Hotels lässt sich in keiner Weise ersehen, dass die Familienzimmer aufgrund der Entfernung und der Treppen die zu steigen sind, für Familien mit Kleinkindern vollkommen unzumutbar sind. Zumindest konnte mein Sohn erreichen, dass er sein Zimmer von der ersten Etage ( noch einmal 2 Treppen mit Kinderwagen hochtragen) in ein ebenerdiges Zimmer tauschen konnte. Als Fazit bleibt, wer auf die Familienzimmer Falle hineinfällt kann zu jedem Essen 10 Minuten laufen und Kinderwagen über diverse Treppen hochtragen. Sehr schade dass es ansonsten ein sehr empfehlenswertes Hotel ist.

Hotel clean and comfortable. Loads on offer. Food was good with wide range. Weather gorgeous. Staff friendly and helpful.

Virkelig lydt og meget larm i lejlighederne. Dårlige senge, dårlige hovedpuder. Trænger til renovering, beskidt mange steder ved pools.

Brilliant stay. Very satisfied with the pools, restaurants, staff, and entertainment. Guests should be aware this property is massive so if not centrally located you have to walk across to the main restaurants and stage. It is also very busy in peak season with thousands of visitors.

Amazing reception staff who went above and beyond to accommodate us when it transpired there was a problem with our booking. All other staff were so hardworking, polite and helpful - iberostar please give them a raise! Food was delicious and entertainment was fab, we particularly enjoyed the acrobats and the kids loved the Moana themed show. Didn’t use the kids club but it looked great and the staff were awesome. Kids pool was a big hit with our littles. Thankyou for a fab holiday!

The food in every all inclusive restaurant was really good! Every meal was great. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

1000% the staff makes this resort shine!!! They are unbelievably friendly and welcoming. The resort is beautiful and well maintained. The staff goes above and beyond to keep you entertained.
