Great location in a calm area. Great apartment, super clean and comfortable beds. The entire family enjoyed it! Even better than on the pictures!

I will choose this if I travel Barcelona again.

Nuestro apartamento fue el Numero 2 del piso nivel de calle. Muy buen tamaño, 3 habitaciones, 1 sala grande, cocina y una terraza inmensa. Unicado en zona residencial de clase media pero nunca sentimos inseguirdad. Restaurantes y supermercados cercanos. Lo unico malo es que solo habia 1 aire acondicionado en una habitacion y 1 aire acondicionado en la sala, 2 habitaciones no tenian aire acondicionado, y como viajamos con 4 niñas pequeñas se pudo dormir donde habia aire acondicionado.

The apartment itself is very nice and secured. The surroundings not that much (graffiti on the walls, some littering, etc) Although we were told by locals to be aware of petty crime, we felt very safe. It’s a 12 minutes walk to the metro station, which for us was fine. There are plenty of local restaurants, mini markets, and tapa bars to choose from. My biggest regret is that there is no A/C in the rooms, only the living room. When I questioned it, I was offered two fans that were brought the following day. Everything else including bed comfort, internet access, hot water, etc., was fine. Overall we had a nice stay but it would have been better with a stronger A/C system as we mainly used the apartment to sleep, being out early and coming back late in the day.

Property was beautiful, in a great location and clean. The booking and everything about the process was extremely smooth with excellent communication. The staff went above and beyond when we needed some help which is highly unusual for a property that is business owned. I really cannot speak highly enough of this find, we will be back!

Excellent customer service

The apartment was perfect for s family of 4. We enjoyed the neighborhood as well and there was even a random parade one evening that was a lot of fun!

We booked as a family of two adults and two kids. The place is not child friendly at all. The apartment lacked many essentials as well. Internet connection was not good. There was mold in many places in the apartment and the area felt a bit unsafe.

Gepflegtes und sauberes Apartment in dem es an nichts fehlte. Die Lage des Apartments ist für Barcelona-Verhältnisse relativ ruhig gelegen in einer Sackgasse. In dem Viertel gibt es in Fußnähe eine Vielzahl von Bars und Gaststätten die von überwiegend jungen Einheimischen besucht werden. Die La Rambla sowie der Hafen sind zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Selbst abends fühlt man sich in dem Viertel nicht unwohl und verhältnismäßig sicher.

Die Unterkunft war super gelegen und so ein guter Ausgangspunkt. Zudem war die Wohnung sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht.

The property was great for my family. The three bedrooms and two bathrooms was perfect. My family really enjoyed the courtyard as they were able to go out and play and enjoy the weather. The space was clean and housekeeping make sure we had clean towels and bedding and that the trash was removed. The property is right up the street from major transportation like the metro and the bus. We were also able to walk up the street to ride the cable cars. We really enjoyed this property and will definitely be back.
