super hotel ou le personnel du bar du restaurant et de menage fait son maximum pour rendre le sejour agréable. Mais 2 choses font que je n'y retournerai surement pas , avoir une chambre avec suppléments premium etre au 3ème et ne pas pouvoir profiter du balcon a cause du bruit de la chaufferie est inadmissible elle s'entend même fenetre fermée, il faut prendre obligatoirement une chambre cote piscine. La deuxième ce sont les animations uniquement en anglais, même si la clientèle est à 80 pour cent anglaise on est en espagne et pas une fois cette langue n'a été utilisée par le personnel d'animation. Je dois en être à plus de 100 hotels principalement en espagne et c'est la première fois que je vois un tel mépris pour le pays d'accueil sa population et une partie de la clientèle car il y avait quand même quelques espagnols et français.

Todo estuvo muy bien. La única crítica es que todos los espectáculos y la selección musical de las noches es casi exclusivamente para ingleses. Sería bueno escuchar más música española y más idiomas (no solo inglés)

The family room was great for us and would recommend for other families like ours. Is in a great location near the beach and the fairground. The pools are very nice for the kids. The meal times were a little inconvenient for us, dinner started at 7pm by which time our young children are usually in bed! Luckily, there are a lot of great restaurants easily walkable that we utilised nearer the end of our stay. We have been to Es Canar many times and love it, we will be returning.

Basic hotel Repetitive food choices Very poor drinks, low alcohol content. Ie rum was 27.5%. Even basic rum should be 37.5% Average entertainment but they do the best with what they had. Very much a Brits abroad hotel. Great location in the heart of Es Canar Average overall and will suit some. I personally wouldn’t return as it’s just not thing rather than the hotels fault.

Very good for the family, have 3 swim pools ,also have area for kid to play . All included was perfect. Only the wifi you have to pay before you can use .

Set di cortesia da migliorare, e la struttura avrebbe bisogno di qualche ritocco di ammodernamento. Tutto gradevole comunque ci siamo trovati bene. Una cosa che oramai non è più concepibile secondo me è il WiFi a pagamento, 5€ al giorno.

We are just back fromn2 weeks at the Ereso - 2 adults and 4 children aged 6-14, the eldest being a wheelchair user. The whole holiday was brilliant. We had 2 rooms for 3 people, one was larger with a wet room style bathroom. We requested the accessible room before we went by emailing the hotel, and also asked for the 2 rooms to be close which they were - just across the corridor from each other. On arrival one room had not been cleaned but a call to reception later and about 4 cleaners plus the hotel manager arrived and sorted things out in about 10 minutes. The food was great - a bit repetitive towards the end but enough choice to satisfy all of us. Evenin entertainment varied - but when you are sitting in the warm air with unlimited beer /wine/cocktails, nothing is too bad! Hotel staff were all really friendly and bent over backwards to help with the wheelchair. The younger kids loved the kids club md the animation team were great. We would definitely recommend this hotel to other families and would love to go back next year!

El hotel esta bien, pero lo que destaca principalmente es la amabilidad y buen trato de su personal.

Das Hotel ist für ein 3-Sterne Hotel ein sehr gut geführtes Haus. Die Animationen am Nachmittag sind teilweise sehr laut. Die Gäste sind sehr international.

diciamo che tutto sommato l hotel è perfetto. Belle piscine, staff gentile e simpatico,la cucina è internazionale e per quanto mi riguarda è ottima: c era ogni giorno della settimana una cena a tema ed ogni ben di Dio. Anche alla colazione c era una scelta vastissima. Abbiamo giocato a tennis e con 5 euro all'ora ti davano racchette e palline (ne abbiamo persa una e non c'e l'hanno fatta pagare). Le uniche note scadenti dell'hotel erano l'aria condizionata che non andava ma per fortuna non c era caldo da averne bisogno e la stanza accanto alla tromba delle scale. Dicono che gli Italiani fanno casino e sono maleducati? dovevate sentire tra tedeschi e inglesi quando scendevano le scale sembravano una mandria di bufali infuriati, ciabatte sbattute in maniera da poco normali. Fatevi dare una stanza lontano dalla tromba delle scale e così sarà perfetto.

Siamo stiati all'hotel Ereso per 15 gg nel mese si Agosto 2009 e devo dire che il soggiorno è stato veramente piacevole. Abbiamo scelto la mezza pensione per poter girare l'isola. Il personale è cortese e disponibile. Abbiamo mangiato bene con cibi variegati e dolci in abbondanza. La pulizia delle camere e delle parti comuni era buona. Unico neo l'animazione: era solo in inglese, per quelli che non conoscevano bene la lingua inglese non era facile poter partecipare alle attività. La posizione dell'hotel è buona. A 2 passi da un piccolo porticciolo con serivzio di collegamento diretto con formentera anche se il viaggio è lungo e il ritorno 6 costretto a farlo max per le 17.00 (troppo presto!!). A 2 passi dall'hotel c'è una stazione bus che ti collega direttamente con l'aeroporto e con Sant'eulalia dalla quale è possibile raggiungere le principali località dell'isola. La spiaggia che si trova vicino all'hotel è carina ma l'acqua non è il massimo, c'è molta schiuma e chiazze di sporco.
