The photos shown on the website DONT reflect the reality. The pool is very small, the location has noting around it but souvenir shops. The hotel itself is very basic far away of being 5 stars as they claim, it cannot be more than 3 stars. The room is very basic the shower is small, the toilet door covers the tv. We left before the time and lost our money as this place is horrible.

Close to the beach, clean, nice room. They pools cost to swim, which was negative. And the staff promised the rooftop bar to open at 8pm, but we had to wait 30 mins.

Vi fikk problem med at det var masse maur på rommet. Vi fikk beskjed om at vi ikke fikk nytt rom og at de skulle vaske - da måtte vi være ut av rommet i ca 2-3 timer. Vi maset om nytt rom da det var ubehagelig med maur på rommet hele oppholdet. Da fikk vi tilbud om dårligere rom. Håper det blir tatt tak i det. Det har sittet lenge inne.

Frukosten jättebra, skön säng. Trevlig personal och mycket bra läge.

Great location. With a short walk to the main hub of Calella and the beach. Short taxi ride to the train station where direct train‘s into Barcelona run regular. Hotel has had a very tastefully done re-furb and spacious bedroom and lovely sized balcony. We chose a pool view room which was well worth the upgrade. The rooftop pool area is well worth at least 1 day try for €20, lovely glass pool and relaxed atmosphere. There is a large pool on the lower ground floor which is a lovely size. Just the normal fight to find a bed without a towel upon it with the absence of a body on it.

This hotel has the potential to be great and I booked it because it’s listed as 5 star, however there are a few things that let it down. I have never stayed in a 5 star before where I have had to pay to use a roof top pool - being 5 star I would expect this as standard. The same applies for the beach club - €24 a day to use loungers a whole €1 discount on the standard cost. These are advertised as features of the hotel but really ramp up the price if you want to use them daily and leave you with only 1 pool option when advertised as 2 and a beach club. There are way to few loungers by the free pool for the size of the hotel and again I do not expect to see people doing a towel dash in a 5 star where pool sides are normally managed. The hotels location isn’t great (aside from its closeness to the beach) it’s surrounded by shops full of rubbish and derelict hotels/shops. The main town is apx 8-10 mins away. I was shocked by the amount of people thinking it’s acceptable to throw midnight gatherings on the balcony and on one night, I had to call reception 4 times before it got sorted which wasn’t ideal. Lastly the main bar in the hotel was closed the whole time BUT the bar by the pool serves lovely food and drinks. On a positive the rooms are beautiful just needs a bit of fine tuning to make this the 5 star experience it’s sold as.

Hemos tenido un trato excepcional. El personal está enormemente amable. La comida muy rica y las habitaciones super limpias y correctas. Solo lamentar no poder haber ido a la piscina superior la cual es el claim principal de las fotos de promoción. Ya que hay que reservar y es solo para adultos. Pero realmente fantástico.

I loved the hotel and the facilities, however there are a lot of added costs, like charging to go to the rooftop pool or get sunbeds in their designated area of the beach - which is €24 for two sunbeds and an umbrella per day.

Vista muy limitada al mar. No parking. Bien

Erittäin siisti hotelli hyvällä sijainnilla. Henkilökunta oli erityisen ystävällinen ja huomaavainen.

Venligt og hjælpsomt personale, mødt med smil af alle, rent og pænt overalt, fantastisk morgenmad buffet, restuarant på hotellet, servere aftensbuffet med alt hvad man kan tænke sig, fisk, skaldyr, grisekød, oksekød, vegetar. Man kan få stegt fisk og kød mens man venter. Hvis noget ikke virkede, og man sagde det i receptionen, stod der en tekniker indenfor 5min. Og fikset problemet. Kan kun varmt anbefale hotellet

On demande de change le pommeau de douche car il étais casser on nous fait croire pendant tout le séjour qu’on va le remplacer rien n’a étais fait , vue mer inexistant et option vip accès non respecter. C’est soir distant un 5 étoile LOL

Wir waren im Oktober 13 Tage vor Ort und hatten lediglich das Frühstück inkludiert: Zunächst das Positive: Das Hotel ist äußerst modern und sauber. Wir haben uns in den Zimmern durchweg wohl gefühlt. Hier und da könnte es vielleicht eine Steckdose oder einen Kleiderhaken mehr geben, aber das möchte ich gar nicht auf die Goldwaage legen. Das Reinigungspersonal ist äußerst freundlich gewesen und seinen Job wirklich ernst genommen. Top! Beim Service im Allgemeinen könnte allerdings noch nachgesteuert werden. Vielleicht lag es daran, dass wir außerhalb der Saison da waren, aber sowohl beim Frühstück als auch am Pool blieb benutztes Geschirr leider sehr lang ungeachtet vom Personal stehen. Das war auch keine Momentaufnahme, sondern zog sich die vollen zwei Wochen so durch. Beim Frühstück wurde vieles nicht aufgefüllt oder nicht gesehen, bspw. Mineralwasser, sauberes Geschirr und Speisen im Allgemeinen. Alles Dinge über die man hinwegsehen könnte, aber wer mit 5 Sternen wirbt, muss meiner Meinung nach auch 5 Sterne liefern. Sport und Wellness-Fans werden enttäuscht werden. Das mit inbegriffene Fitnessstudio reicht für Cardiotraining und das ist auch in Ordnung so, weil nicht mehr versprochen wird. Wirklich sauber sind die Geräte jedoch nicht. Der Wellness-Bereich ist für 10 EUR pro Person pro Stunde! dann allerdings der Gipfel der Enttäuschung. Der Preis ist leider völlig überzogen. Das Hotel lässt sich Allgemeinen viel extra berechnen und wird 5 Sternen meistens nicht gerecht.

Es un hotel excelente!!!!!! Es la segunda vez que venimos .. . No defrauda .... La atención de sus empleados es increíble!!!!!!!!!!

Hôtel bien situé, chambre correct, petit déjeuner et dîner très bien pour un buffet, dommage pas beaucoup de transats à la piscine pour le nombre de personnes, du coup obligé d'aller à la plage où il faut payer pour un transat. Parking hôtel assez cher

We had a lobely triple med room overlooking the pool. Service was very good. Hotel exceeded expectations, main pool area is alot better than we thought looks recently renovated. Really ennoyed our stay. Triple room was very spacious and modern. Also memory foam pillows were so comfy!

The front desk staff was amazing and the poolside bar was incredible

Veldig fint og rent hotell. Var der en uke og det var fantastisk! Rommet var fint og rent. Frokosten var god, men ganske dyr. Kostet også penger å være på skyloungen, så ble kun stranda på oss. Likevel er det absolutt verdt å ta turen hit!
