Lovely place to stay. Staff took care of guests well. I only had one breakfast (and one take out) during my stay but they kept offering options for the rest of days I couldn't make breakfast. Open facade in the middle of the building is welcoming/charming. Wednesday course dinner was great. Quiet and accessible neighborhood. Would love to come back.

One of the best small hotels I've stayed at in Spain! I appreciated the clean rooms and the quality bathrooms (well ventilated for steam with a nice tub).

We just stayed at La Posada del Angel in Ojén, a small mountain village near Marbella. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed. Since parking is a bit away, one of the staff picked us up with a golf cart and drove us and our luggage through the narrow streets to the hotel. The hotel is beautifully authentic in Spanish style. Breakfast was amazing, served in a courtyard with a lemon tree under the open sky. We got homemade yoghurt with fresh fruit and granola, bread with homemade jams, different meats and cheeses, freshly squeezed juice, and eggs cooked any way we wanted. Everything was brought to our table, which felt so relaxing. The staff were incredibly friendly and caring. They immediately asked about allergies, and gluten-free options were arranged without problem. One evening we were invited to dinner as one of the staff’s husbands is a chef. We enjoyed a delicious six-course meal in a wonderful atmosphere. There was no minibar, but a small room with drinks and snacks where we just wrote down what we took, plus a shared kitchen with fridge for guests. We have travelled a lot, but this was the most authentic and charming hotel we’ve ever stayed at. We even hugged the staff when leaving. Sadly, we forgot to leave a tip for the lady who cleaned our room, and we hope there is a way to transfer some money to her. If you want a unique and unforgettable experience, you must stay here. We will definitely come back!

Heel leuk hotel met aardige Nederlands sprekende eigenaren en medewerkers. Vraag vooral om de zelfgemaakte sangria.

Vårt opphold på La Posada del Angel var kjempe fint. Det som skiller hotellet fra andre var den gode servicen. Svært behjelpelig og vennlige folk som jobber der. Hotellet ligger i en nydelig liten by, Ojén, med kort avstand til Marbella med bil. Vil absolutt anbefale stedet.

What a really lovely experience staying in this hotel . As Ojen has such narrow streets and no where near to leave your car we parked in the main village car park below the town and were picked up by Elska in the hotel golf buggy! The hotel is really special - the rooms all air conditioned - are comfortable and tastefully done. Breakfasts are a treat - local fresh bread , home baked cake and home made yoghurt. We are returning for sure

This is a little Gem tucked away in the village of Ojen - you have to park down from the hotel but the owner came to pick us up in his buggy so no big deal. The best thing for us was the people - all staff were so attentive & the owner was so helpful and knowledgeable about the area - then the wonderful breakfast was a wow & they do themselves an injustice by calling it continental as it is far more than that absolutely lovely

Lovely accommodation. Wonderful breakfast in the court yard. Great air con. Lovely staff. Just a bit further away from the coast than I thought but a bus twice per day so that was good.

This was the most charming, clean & accommodating place we stayed while visiting Spain & Portugal! The staff was amazing & friendly! The breakfast was incredible! The town… perfect! We will definitely be back for another stay in the future! HIGHLY recommend!! Thank you Rosa and the rest of the staff!

This is the place you are looking for!! We travel quite a lot and this is on our top three short list of the world. Wonderful hosts, great rooms, beautiful surroundings and a cute village, just big enough to relax a day or two in. So much value for the money.

Uma pousada diferente! Extremamente charmosa e simples em uma Vila encantadora. Nos surpreendeu. Deixamos o carro em um estacionamento perto e nos buscaram de carrinho de golf. Funcionou muito bem. Não recomendo levar malas grandes. O café da manhã é imperdível com iogurte caseiro e frutas picadas além De uma variedade pães. Foi uma excelente experiência.

Siamo stati una sola notte in questa deliziosa pousada nel centro di un paesino caratteristico. Camera accogliente, bagno comodo, ambienti arredati con gusto e una corta interna molto verde. All'arrivo, accaldati, rinfrescante tuffo nella piccola ma deliziosa piscina interna. Staff gentilissimo. Colazione di qualità. Per noi italiani, qualche dolcino in più sarebbe gradito. Parcheggio, scomodo poco distante, ma trasporto bagagli e persone è possibile con un caddy e con tanta disponibilità del personale.

Idyllische Unterkunft mit bezaubernden Gastgebern. Wir wurden von dem Parkplatz abgeholt und bis vor die Tür gefahren. Die Gastgeberin hat sich viel Zeit für uns genommen alles genau zu erklären, obwohl wir nur eine Nacht dort waren. Die Unterkunft selber war liebevoll eingerichtet mit einem wunderschönen Innenhof. Das Frühstück war hausgemacht und wirklich lecker. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
