I love this hotel. I always stay here every time i vist lanzarote.(lots) great location, friendly staff, superior rooms are great, light airey room. Bathrooms need a little updating from my experience and it would be nice to have some cleaning equipment eg brush for floors

L'établissement est idéalement placé, à proximité de la plage et du petit port, et dispose de 2 piscines. L'une avec un petit bassin pour les enfants, et l'autre beaucoup + calme. Nous avons rencontré de gros problèmes avec le ménage. Nous avons été prévenus à l'arrivé que le ménage avait lieu 5 jours par semaine. Mais nous n'avons eu le ménage que 5 fois en 15 nuits. Lorsque nous en avons dit à la réception que le personnel ne venait pas nettoyer l'appartement, ils nous ont bien fait comprendre qu'il n'en n'avaient rien à faire, le séjour étant prépayé. Aucune communication entre les personnes présentes à la réception, et aucun signe d'un quelconque management dans l'établissement. Au moment de rentre les clés au départ, je n'ai même pas eu droit à un regard ni à un mot. Aucun sens du service.

We have stayed here years before, rooms are lovely very spacious, staff all seem lovely always pleasant and accomodating. The only negative is the pool loungers, people were putting towels down in the middle of the night and literally all sun loungers were taken. The one day we managed to get them after someone gave theres up there was people who had towels down who we never even seen for at least 3 or 4 hours, its terrible. More should be done to prevent this. We ended up going to the beach instead but you dont want the stress of fighting over loungers. Otherwise we had a really pleasant stay.

I just found the concierge rude, also after paying a ridiculous four figures for four nights id expect the cleaner to bring fresh towels and make the beds i did complain about this and they just ignored me. Also two days to outsource an iron then charge a ridiculous abount for it even said just go to the indians and buy one.

The property is spacious and well located and very spacious, bright and clean. We had a lovely stay with our family.

Relatively quiet, felt isolated in spite of the number of guests. Service attentive to requests. Great burger at the snack bar by the pool. Amount of cutlery and plates just enough for 2-3 people. Small coffee cups, we ended up buying mugs at a local store.

The cupboard storing the bin had an awful old urine smell, it must have been and old smell that wasn’t cleaned properly but every time we opened the cupboard to use the bin the smell just hit you

Impossible de fermer le volet de notre chambre, bruit des bars dehors jusqu’à 2h, certains éléments sont à remplacer, miroirs rouillé, canapé taché… l’eau avait du mal à s’évacuer. Jolie vu sur l’océan et les piscines, dommage qu’elles ferment si tôt et qu’on ne puisse pas en profiter comme on le voudrait. Peu de couverture ou de matériel pour la cuisine (seulement deux petites cuillères pour 3 personnes)

Couldn't fault this property, very well located for nightlife and beach. Extremely well kept property. I asked for a sea view and was lucky to get it !

I was in 16 b there was a squashed fly on the wall the whole of my stay … bed linen changed Inca !! Despite request … towels taken from floor and hung back up !!! The apartments need a huge refurb they r grubby !! Bad paint work broken tiles there were 16 of us n no one happy !! The pool was good but area not cleaned daily one of the men told the sos attendant the toilet floor was wet he showed him the mop !!!! I payed over €2000 for one person would never recommend this place to anyone!!!!

Great stay

Asked for a ground floor room and turned up and was given room at the top 3 floors no lifts, loads of flies, and cockroches in room, and didn't know the hotel was on a very steep hill, pool was dirty and sides was all coming apart from the wall, and people keeping sunbeds and nothing done about it, would not recommend this hotel for people with mobility problem

It was not as it was advertised, which was no fault of Hotels.com. Labranda El Dorado didn't update their website after they "upgraded" their apartments. They stripped it of character. Lacked a lot. No Bathtub, which was advertised. No oven, just a stove top, also advertised. Ensuite not up to standard at all. Very dirty, hairdryer a disaster. Not an ounce of character in the place. Overlooking what looked like Building site from the balconies.

Great location between the old and new town, 2 fine pools with plenty of sunbeds available. All staff were very pleasant and friendly. The property was a little tired but spacious with 2 balconies and nice sea views. The shower was powerful but it did throw a river of water out into the apartment and 2 towels needed on floor to mop up . Overall we would happily return here.

Received a message 2 days before departure to say I had been moved to a new hotel as there was a “breakdown” at the hotel. No chance to rearrange ( or offer) and was placed at Labranda Cocoteros. Not in the part of town I wanted and in very poor condition. Not a good experience

Apartment (B12) was very spacious and clean. Had ants in counter tops a lot but managed them with spray. Bedrooms and view fantastic. Another couch or chair indoors would have been very useful and there was plenty of space for it. Loved our stay, great location, sun loungers plentiful, pool great. Staff fantastic.

Et praktisk leilighetshotell, sentral beliggenhet, bra utstyrt. Harde madrasser i forhold til våre preferanser. Om mulig unngå leilighetene nederst og borterst i avdelingen ved det store bassenget. et ble mange depositum, for ekstra nøkkel, safe og bassenghåndklær.

The rooms are very tired - bedsheets were fine. Towel change every day. We chose this hotel for a pool with sunbeds but they were so dirty and the matresses also, that we did not use them at all. Value for money - you get what you pay for - 5 out of 10.

The grounds of the hotel were spotless. The rooms however were not. Rooms need cleaned more often and fresh towels provided. Most staff spoke no English but were friendly. Reception staff were very friendly.
