Lovely place to stay- although just set back from all the music bars, you couldn't hear them. it was very quiet . Lovely view of the sea. and with easy walking distance to the old town of puerto de carmen, . Cabs were very cheap too. Lots of shopping on the doorstep, and a lovely sandy safe beach just across the road. Staff were very helpful and the apparment kept very clean

The location is very good just behind the bars on the main strip. Not that noisy at night, not that we were in by midnight much. The pool area is very small and the pool very cold. Only adventured in once. Not sure that id return as better available at similar price but was ok

I do not recommend this place. , for two days, there was no TV, plus one day without electricity. The reception staff treat you like you’re invisible – they simply don’t care. The bed comes with just one small pillow, like for a child. The beds themselves are awful – every time you turn, they creak so loudly that the guests next door probably hear it. For that kind of money, I expected much more. And to top it off, the bedroom window has bars on it, making it feel like you’re in a prison cell! 😂

Das ganz Besondere an dieser Unterkunft ist der Balkon von den Meerblick Apartments im 3. Stockwerk ( nicht weiter unten) mit dem Blick in die Weite des Meeres. Auch war es des nachts sehr ruhig! Die Sauberkeit ließ sehr zu wünschen übrig und die Ausstattung der Küche ebenso - es ist nicht so ganz einfach einen Apfel mit einem Brotmesser zu schälen und die drei Besteckmesser waren zu stumpf! Keine Garderobenhaken und nur zwei kleine Handtuchhalter und keine Abstellflächen im Badezimmer! Wir werden sicher wieder diese interessante Insel besuchen, jedoch in einer anderen Unterkunft.

Couple in mid January Location of property is excellent. Great view from upper rooms. Clean and tidy, staff friendly. Pool area is good. Clean and tidy. Doesn't get full day of sun in mid January. May have an issue if you use bus transfer as you will have 10 minute walk from drop off and it's uphill on return trip. Would recommend the apartments as they are good value and would definitely use them again.

Situated directly behind the busy main street of Puerto del Carmen, it was surprising quiet considering the many busy bars in front of the property. We were on the ground floor so the sea view was limited, but still pleasant. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Easy access to the promenade and beach, would definitely consider staying here again.

Wonderful sea view and the noise from the street was mostly inaudible thanks to the sound of the waves breaking on the beach below. Spent a great week pre Christmas, swam in sea, hired bicycles and also a car for 24 hours. Highly recommend this hotel, especially the top floor ( Rooms 600’s)

Rooms are done up but still tired. But you get what you pay for, this is a good hotel as a base if you’re out and about all day. We arrived and were checked in early which was all positive. When we got to the room, the bedroom door didn’t close and was too big for the frame, we never had a kettle. When we told reception they couldn’t do anything about the door but they provided a kettle in the room straight away. All in all okay hotel, but probably won’t go again.

Very very tired. Needs a lot of updating, especially bathroom, kitchen and furniture. Only one socket in kitchen so you have to choose between kettle or toaster. The lift was out of order and was told it had not been working for weeks. On the good side it is in a good position

The property was very good and well maintained, the pool was okay but it was very cold. The rooms were basic but nice, the only problem was the shower wasn’t very good. Everything was fine, I just feel check in could of went smoother.

Nice apartments Basic but clean centrally located & lifts to rooms. The lifts played up whilst we were there they moved us to a lower floor which made things easier.
