Property is well located, walkable distance from downtown and main tourist attractions. Apartment eas clean and staff was very friendly and helpful. Although rain shower could use a door as water spills all over the place. And towel quality could be much better. We recommend it!

The apartment overall is nice, and has enough space in the 2 bedrooms, but if you expect to have possibilities to open the windows, then I have to disapoint you here. There are windows yes, but you are looking in a "hole" where you see just other windows and it smells. There is no real light. The beds are comfortable and the bathroom is also nice. Once we arrived we were a bit upset that the fridge still had drinks and food in it, plus all the glasses were dirty. I would have expected that they check this before. but they immediately suggested to clean it. The support at the reception was very good, the person in charge is very helpful and kind. There is no complain there, he's always reachable and really doing a good job. It was just something different then we had in the past with an "interior room".

My Party of 8 fit well in this apartment as long as you are okay with sharing beds. Staff was always super nice and messaged very quickly. You may have to go up stairs or use a small elevator so keep that mind but otherwise great spot. Also had a beautiful outside patio on our 6th floor stay. Thank you!

Tge only thing I didn’t like is that the bathroom doesn’t have a window of even a vacuum fan.

Located in the perfect spot, close to restaurants and all the beauty Valencia has to offer. Cute & trendy hotel, comfortable beds, it had everything we needed for our 3 days in town. Excellent customer service. Thank you to the staff at Macflats Ayuntamiento!

Vi var en familie på 4 - to voksne og to barn. Siden far snorker, var det høyt verdsatt at vi fikk til en sovekabal der far kunne ligge for seg selv. Dette var mulig fordi det var to soverom og en sovesofa i stuen. Leiligheten var svært nære Gamlebyen med alle restauranter og liv. Perfekt. Av en eller annen grunn var ikke Macflats sine leiligheter godt merket fra gateplan, så da vi kom så brukte vi litt tid på å finne frem.

Everything was walking distance. The apartment well equipped, clean and nice. Very central located. Safe for all. Very friendly people around. We get there right on time to enjoy part of “Las Fallas” celebration. Amazing experience. We recommend the place.

Excelente localização para viagem à Valência. Bom espaço, com quartos espaçosos. Local bem equipado, apesar que senbti falta de uma lavadora lava e seca. A existente só lavava.

The whole service was great and Jose the receptionist was beyond kind and great hospitality. I will highly recommend this place and will be my repeat accommodation for the future stay in Valencia.

Although the apartment is spacious, the furniture was not comfortable (dinning table and chairs). The kitchen was ok, very convenient to have. The main problem is the bathroom, because there is a sewer smell that just does not stop. If you leave the bathroom door open the sewer smell gets to the bedroom and the living room, which is just unbearable. Something else that is terrible is the noise coming from the bars downstairs, even with the windows closed. Not very good for sleeping.

Apartment was in a great location. We enjoyed our stay very much - Valencia is a wonderful city and this was the best place to stay! Clean, helpful, we felt very at home.

This property was in the best location. Plenty of space and very clean. Only minor complaint was the shower pressure and hot water ran out so quickly.
