Nagyon segítőkész volt a tulajdonos- hajnali fel kettőkor érkeztünk, és így is minden simán ment.

It was ok apartment for the length of time we was there (3nights) , it was nice and clean but some of the fixtures and fittings needed looking at, would probably stay the again as it’s not far from the beach (2 minute walk)

Our apartment we stayed in last weekend for my best friends hen Do was perfect. It is furnished to a high standard. The location is great, 10 minute walk to the beach and restaurants and 20/25 minute walk to the clubs. As there was 7 of us we used all the bedrooms and the sofa bed, which was easy to get out and put away everyday. Beds are comfy. The only two niggles I have are the showers - the one was far to hot to use, the temperature gauge was stuck and we couldn’t move it. The other shower was slightly too cold but useable after a day in the sun. The only shower head was also slightly broken but can still be used. With 7 girls more mirrors are needed as only having the ones in the bathroom was a struggle but we got through. Lived having the air con in every room too. I would highly recommend this apartment and I’ll definitely be back again.

è stata un’esperienza orribile e la casa ha deluso tutte le nostre aspettative poiché i proprietari innanzitutto con tutti i ragazzi che si presentano nell’appartamento si tengono la cauzione con delle scuse imbarazzanti e decidono loro senza essere disposti ad avere un confronto (a noi non hanno ridato la cauzione perché avevamo una bottiglia di alcol in frigorifero e LO HANNO VISTO ENTRANDO IN CASA MENTRE NOI NON C’ERAVAMO). Inoltre la casa è disposta davanti ad un cantiere e i rumori di quest’ultimo sono fastidiosi per il sonno dalle 7 di mattina in poi. La casa non è dotata di scale e neanche di porta d’emergenza e quindi non c’è un altro modo per uscire se non l’ascensore e dunque non è a norma. I bagni sono piccolissimi e non hanno neanche il bidet. Le foto che ci stanno sul sito sono completamente diverse da quello che è la realtà dell’appartamento. Il personale è completamente assente e in caso di aiuto non c’è nessuno a cui rivolgersi sempre. Allego le foto delle condizione della doccia

Schönes Apopartement, jedoch nicht sehr sauber. Das Check-in hat super geklappt und die Vermieterin war sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit.

Property had all the amenities needed and the apartment itself was very spacious. Although the neighborhood around is a little tagged up, the property is about a 5 minute walk to the beach with a lot of beach side restaurants/shops. I still would definitely recommend as the apartments are great for a family staying on a long trip.

Appartamentino molto carino, ben curato, ed in una posizione molto vicina al mare. Pulizia ottima, leggermente scomodi i materassi. La persona che ci ha accolti (Cecilia) è stata molto gentile, simpatica e disponibile!

Kunne blive en fantastisk lejlighed med en gennemgribende renovering. Alt alt for dyrt til den sande tilstand af lejligheden. Ulidelig stank fra begge badeværelser. Ikke nok køkkenredskaber, service og bestik. Vi fandt en masse fugtskader i to af værelserne. Ramponeret møbler. Det er bestemt en ommer.

Mukavalla paikalla rannan lähellä. Yleisilmeeltään siisti ja kuvien mukainen. Kaikissa huoneissa ilmalämpöpumppu, jossa lämmitys ja jäähdytys. Isoon makuuhuoneeseen kuuluivat autojen äänet selkeästi, kahteen toiseen ei. Ikkunoiden alapuolella kaikissa huoneissa hometta. Mukavat sängyt, keittiössä perustarvikkeet. Kaipasimme lähinnä vain patalappuja. Rauhallinen alue, yläkerrasta kuuluivat äänet selkeästi läpi, varsinkin yöllä. Olimme reissussa neljä yötä kahden aikuisen ja kolmen teinin kanssa.

Location is good and in nice area. There is excellent restaurant just by the corner for breakfast or dinner.

Kommunikationen var god den ansvarlig, men ellers var der ikke noget godt. omkring bygningen var der forladte bygninger og det var så meget larm. Det var som om der ikke var nogen dør eller vinduer og tror det er meget tynde vægge de har i lejligheden. Man kunne hører andre beboer når de gik på toilettet eller hvis der var nogen i opgangen. Man kunne hører folk udenfor og når der kørte biler. Man blev vækket flere gange i løbet af en nat. Bad og toilet dør kunne man ikke låse og hellere ikke værelserne.

住宿房間不錯，距離海灘也很近，不過離市區稍微遠，離最近的地鐵站也有將近650公尺的距離。 困所有設備都是用電，所以如果自行準備晚餐時，容易因為同時使用電磁爐，微波爐及洗衣機等，就容易會有跳電的狀況發生。 淋浴間的熱水控制不易，容易過熱!

Cecilia was very friendly and helpful and gave us some good info regarding the local area etc. The apartment itself was very well presented and modern, and clean. There were a couple of minor issues: one of the bathroom door's lock wasn't working and the roof terrace didn't have the comfy looking sofas that are in the photos, but otherwise it was lovely. The area looks like a slightly rough neighborhood but we went out for a walk to the beach (10 minutes walk away) at 2:30am and never felt uncomfortable. There is also a 24hr McDonald's near the beach for midnight snacks..!

Appartamento carino,buona posizione vicino a fermata bus, e alla metro, pulito, unico neo solo 2 Saponette e 2 rotoli di carta igienica,in 6 x 4gg ,...pochino.... comunque tutto sommato e andata bene!

Muito bom

Le séjour c'est très bien passé, appartement spacieux, confortable et proche de la ville comme de la mer. Un ménage un peu cher par rapport à l'état qu'il est. Besoin de plus d'ustensiles de cuisine. Il est important de garder un appartement fonctionnelle tout le temps sans demander a faire réparer. Cependant je recommande.

Is a very good location and near beach it was a bit noisy at night

Really recommend this place to anyone traveling to Barcelona. Very close to the beach and very roomy and comfortable.

Stayed in apt 4 7 people the area smelled of sewage line of dustbins outside. on arrival met by Cecelia who is very nice .went up in the lift and our room door was right in front of us maybe 2 ft away no corridor.no coffee machine or kettle although Cecelia did bring us a kettle later .went out and when we came in later the key card wouldn’t work on apt door I reported this and was told a technician would come and fix it although someone did come out it was never fixed whilst we were there we were left some keys for the fire escape wich had 8 flights of stairs to walk up I could not walk up that amount .one night I sat on the stairs from 9.30 till 11 waiting for a younger member of family to come in to open door for me so I could use the lift .there was no rooftop terrace to use I think it was being done up?we had a very small balcony from double bedroom to fit 2 people on this has 2 air conditioners on the wall and they leaked water when I reported it I was told it was the atmosphere?although you could see it was coming from the pipes technician was going to come out to fix it but never did .one of the showers leaking from pipes .no shower mats. No air con-living room one small window in there but can’t open . It’s a lovely area we’re we would stay again the beach is near lots of restaurants on beach front a big supermarket nearby .but spotty these Apts are not for me
