Solo puedo escribir cosas buenas, en especial destacamos a la propietaria, super atenta y super amable! Ha sido una estancia corta pero repetiremos seguro más días. El lugar es ideal para desconectar o mejor aún, para conectar con la naturaleza. Destaco también la comida y sus opciones veganas y vegetarianas. Sin olvidarnos de la perrita, un amor.

Hemos estado una noche y nos ha encantado. El servicio y la atención han sido de 10 y sus propietarios unos excelentes anfitriones. La habitación es cómoda y la casa en general, muy limpia. El entorno natural, los animales, los espacios al aire libre, el servicio y la zona infantil, hacen de Mendi Alai, el lugar perfecto para una escapada en familia. Mi hijo de 2 años lo ha disfrutado muchísimo. Nosotros repetiremos sin dudarlo. Mención especial para el servicio de comidas y de desayuno, destacando las opciones veganas.

tanto la chica y el chico que llevan la casa rural son muy amables , nos sentimos como en casa se esta muy bien lo recomiendo

This might be a great place to stay (I am giving top ratings for some things I didn’t see) but I absolutely could not find it! The navigation in my rental car took me almost an hour away. Then some young men who were having a bachelor party helped me get navigation on my phone AND spoke to a helpful lady on the phone who offered to lead me in if I couldn’t find it. Then my phone died when I was almost there and refused to recharge with my cord. It must have had a short in it. I finally gave up and literally drove all night to Leon where a hotel let me sign in early. For this hotel I think it will definitely be best to plan plenty of time to arrive before dark.

El hotel está en un enclave privilegiado, aunque hay problemas para llegar al lugar cómodamente, la habitación es muy cómoda aunque el baño no tiene ventana, el personal es muy agradable, así como la atención e información que dan.

Un lugar estupendo para alojarse, en un entorno maravilloso. Unos desayunos riquísimos y un trato excelente de Victoria, y de Sergio. Para repetir.

El único problema es que hay que recurrir al navegador para poder encontrarlo. Todo lo demás me ha parecido extraordinario, el trato, limpieza, comida y desayuno. Me he quedado con ganas de volver.

This is probably the friendliest and most helpful hotel I have ever stayed in, which after visiting hotels all over the world is the best compliment I can give. This family run hotel offers every kind of help and assistance you can imagine, from fixing and cleaning bikes and cars to exciting ideas of visits. The home made food is excellent and their farm produced goods are highly recommended for food buffs. Simply great. We are looking forward to visiting again next year.

We arrived late afternoon and enjoyed a lovely quiet chill out and then went for a walk, fabulous views. The hotel is tucked away in a wonderful valley, and once you find it is a great base for exploring. Dinner was excellent, home cooked and delicious - best to book ahead. Mendi Alai is in a lovely valley,very peaceful and rural but at the same time only around half an hour to the Atlantic beaches and an hour to Bilbao for a visit to the Guggenheim. We were there for the European Challenge Rugby Final in Bilbao on the Friday night and as the game started quite late, we didn’t get back to the hotel until gone half past midnight. Our lovely hosts waited up for us and couldn’t have been more helpful overall, they speak English, French, Spanish and Basque! The room was well appointed and the bed very comfortable. If you want a quiet, relaxing time in beautiful surroundings, this is a great place to stay.

Totalmente Recomendable, los propietarios son un encanto y el trato es estupendo. La habilitación era enorme y no le faltaba un detalle, en el baño había hasta toallitas desmaquillantes. El desayuno abundante y muy rico. Todo muy limpio y la cama comodisma. El entorno es perfecto para relajarse y disfrutar de la naturaleza. Gracias por tratarnos tan bien!!.

Que os manden ubicación bien ya que es de difícil acesso

Hemos estado muuuuuuuuuy a gusto. Es imposible no estarlo con lo atentos que son los que llevan el lugar. Están súper pendientes de uno y te hacen sentir en casa. Cenamos bueniiiiiiiiiisimooooo. Croquetas riquísimas, postres caseros. Desayuno con mermeladas caseras también. Pero repito, la atención inmejorable, pendientes en todo momento de cualquier cosa que se pueda querer o necesitar. Gracias, gracias y gracias.

Utroligt venlig ejer/receptionist der taler udmærket engelsk. Sen indcheckning og aftensmad var intet problem, og de hjalp med at anbefale seværdigheder. Aftensmaden var god og der blev brugt lokale råvarer. Værelset (handicapvenligt) var stort og virkede nyt. Desværre var værelset så tæt på receptionen/fællesområdet at man følte at man sov midt i receptionen. Sengen var betrukket med noget der lød som plastik og sengetøjet lugtede en lille smule surt. Landlige omgivelser og meget smukt sted, langt fra alfarvej. Hanen stod tidligt op og galede lige uden for vinduet.
