Hotel is in a quiet area yet close to the beach and the old town. We found the hotel gorgeous the first two days, we arrived on a Tuesday checked in early and headed straight to the pool which was lovely, nice pool bar and chilled vibe. Due to the lush greenery limited sun loungers that get sun but we didn’t struggle the first two days. Room was gorgeous with tea/coffee and water provided everything you need. Love the Nuxe shower gel and shampoo! Breakfast was plentiful and fresh too. Day 3 things got lively with some stag and hen doo’s arriving, pool was chokka and it was very rowdy which was a shame but we just went out instead. They only have 1 shower for you to use once you check out and as we had a very late flight wanted make the most of our last day but using the facilities were an issue. Basically waited over an hour for a couple to use the shower! Which ate into our last night. Could do with an additional shower - and it was filthy! They did offer to clean it but we were so tight on time just had to use it. But apart from that gorg stay highly recommend for location and modern facilities.

Det beste først: Bra frokost, fantastisk aircondition (beste jeg har vært borti), hyggelig personale og god isolasjon i veggene mtp støy fra naborom og gang. Det som er støyete med dette hotellet er plasseringen. Da vi var der i juli var det et helt sinnsykt veiarbeid rett over gata, med borring i asfalt fra tidlig morgen til sent kveld. Støyet gjorde det vanskelig å slappe av i det idylliske uteområdet, og var noe vi våknet av tidlig hver morgen, dessverre. Det ser ut som arbeid som vil ta lang tid, så dette er verdt å merke seg om man skal besøke hotellet. Dette kan selvsagt ikke hotellet noe for, men det preget likevel oppholdet i stor grad. Det hotellet faktisk kan gjøre noe med er at man kun får ett strandhåndkle gjennom hele oppholdet og må betale ekstra for ett nytt, som vi anså som svært spesielt og gjerrig :) Ikke det beste hotellet vi har vært på, men absolutt ikke det verste! Midt på treet!

Instalaciones de 4 estrellas, pero nada recomendado para familias ​Es nuestro tercer año en este hotel y las instalaciones, comida y piscina siguen siendo de notable alto. Sin embargo, no volveremos porque la gestión de cara a las familias es pésima. ​No permiten camas supletorias, obligando a los padres a separarse en habitaciones distintas si viajan con niños mayores de 5 años. Para colmo, este año el ambiente en la piscina ha sido horrible: permiten que la gente beba dentro del agua, presenciamos adultos borrachos e incluso desnudos frente a los menores, mientras que a los niños se les prohíbe jugar o tirarse al agua. ​Si permiten este tipo de turismo desfasado, deberían declararlo hotel "Solo Adultos", porque la convivencia actual con niños es insostenible. Una pena, no volveremos.

El hotel esta bien ubicado, las instalaciones están muy bien, inclusive tienen música en vivo o hasta un show de baile vimos un día. Lo único malo es que están haciendo una construcción en una calle muy cercana y recibimos el ruido, pero aparte de eso el staff fue casi en su mayoría atento y las habitaciones cómodas.y El área de la piscina muy agradable.

Lovely place to stay, nice and quiet. Breakfast had lots of options and Cava which was a nice touch. Loved sitting outside eating breakfast on a morning. Wouldn’t recommend the hotel restaurant for an evening meal but the lunch was really good! Nice big rooms too.

Hotel was just amazing and a little oasis in the middle of Benidorm, welcome drinks on arrival, Nuxe amenities in the room, pool towels provided. Our room was nice and big and most importantly clean. We had breakfast included, there was plenty to choose from and all fresh, nice touch as had takeaway cups to be able to take a drink with you. A little bit of sun bed wars when the pool opens at 9am and there are limited beds directly by the pool. I think if they made the bali beds cheaper more people would have purchased one as they stayed empty our whole stay. The food and drink service was great as you can both delivered you lounger via the QR code on the tables by your lounger, a little expensive but very good. Entertainment was a nice touch and nowhere near cheesy at all the hotel is pure good vibes. All criticism would be our room door had been left open (accidently) by the cleaners. 100% looking forward to coming back already.

Fantastic holiday, friendly staff plus the hotel is in a good location. First time we have used this hotel, but we were very happy with the hotel.

Welcoming and friendly staff, always happy to help. Very good buffet breakfast with something for everyone. Only point would be the bathroom needs a redecoration as a bit tired.

My go-to hotel when staying in Benidorm. I had made a mistake with making a reservation, but they were very helpful in finding a solution. Great pool with ‘towel-police’. Rooms comfortable, new, and a very breezy/Caribbean style. Staff friendly from reception to waiting staff.
