스페인에서 가장 만족스러운 숙박이었음~. 새 아파트이고 주변에 맛집 등이 있어서 잘 사용함.

Close to valencia cathedral, old downtown, restaurants, tapas bars, grocery shops, etc. The building has its own parking garage, but needs to pay the parking fee. The apartment was well cleaned and cozy. Valencia is origin of paella, so don’t forget to try original valencian style paella.

시내 중심지에 위치해 시내 어디든 도보 혹은 버스 택시로 이동하며 관광하기가 쉽고 걸어서 3분 거리의 중앙시장에서 매일 신선한 먹거리 조달로 잘 갖추어진 주방 시설에서 저렴하게 식단을 꾸리기에도 큰 매력이 있는 좋으 숙소로 1주일 이내의 현지 생활 체험에는 적격으로 사료되나 조금 외곽으로 벗아나 있는 비슷한 숙소에 비해 가격이 약간 부담스러울 수 있슴

구시가 중심에 있어 위치 굿 합리적 가격에 편안한 잠자리를 원하는 가족 여행객에게 적당함 주차장을 찾기 어렵지만 사진을 보고 간다면 찾기 쉬울 듯

운전해서 가는 경우 찾기가 힘듦. 인근 주차장에 우선 주차하는 것을 추천. 다만 인근 지하주차장에 엘리베이터가 없어 캐리어를 들고 계단 올라감. 그 밖에 숙박은 크게 불편한 점 없음. 세탁기에 건조 기능이 없는 듯 함.

최근에 지어져서 깨끗하고 대성당과 2분 거리로 가깝습니다. 음식도 해 먹을 수 있어 편합니다! 저는 펜트하우스?라는 곳에서 지냈는데 밤에 별을 볼 슈 있어 너무 좋았어요~ 2명만 간다면 이곳을 추천해요!

Best location, clean and new facilities, friendly staffs... Many hot places in Valencia are within a walking distance. And many good restaurants are nearby. Strongly recommended to everybody !

Nice, fairly new apartment with a great terrace. We arrived late, but got clear check in instructions. The apartment is fully furnished, with a washing machine, iron, dishwasher, etc. Adequately heated in winter.

Mooi en modern appartement . Centraal gelegen met receptie. Gaan graag weer terug.

Blanca at the reception desk was happy, helpful and attentive. Good quality apartment with excellent location by the city sights and restaurants. Nice, well equipped kitchen. The bed was extra comfortable. All and all, good value for your money.

Good for long time stay. Not really a Hotel its basically an arbnb. We stayed at a two bedroom, yet just one bathroom. I assume is great for a week stay if you plan on cooking and stuff but it didn’t work well for us for a two night stay. Centric thought

Apartment is clean and comfortable. On-site parking space is extremely good. Staff is friendly. But we have a hard time to drive to the place as it is situated inside the old town and all access have warning signs to deter non-authorized vehicles. We called the hotel and found out that the hotel would send our license number to the authority. Would be nice if there is such information given in advance.

We had 5 nights end October in the penthouse with outdoor terrace. The weather was great so the outdoor space was a real bonus. Note that there were steep internal steps up to the terrace, which some may find tricky if they have limited mobility or small kids. The apartment is modern and has all the appliances you may need. Lots of windows so is quite light on a nice day. Located very central and close to the Cathedral and Plazza. Lots of places to eat within a couple of hundred metres. The apartment felt safe, with a key to enter the building and a further key for the apartment. Only suggestion for improvement would be to ensure there are 3 of each item of glassware and crockery as it’s advertised as for 3 adults. Would definitely stay again.

Clean and super convenient to the sites and restaurants in the historic part of Valencia.
