Schönes Hotel aber ein ziemlich großer Gebäudekomplex. Wenn das Hyde auch mal ausgebucht ist, dann wird es voll auch wenn es mehrere Pools gibt, Wobei die Liegen an einem Pool nur von Mondrian Gästen benutzt werden dürfen. Umgekehrt als Mondrian Gast kann man sich überall hinlegen wenn etwas frei ist. In der Hochsaison würde ich nicht hin fahren. Daybeds am Pool in der Nebensaison gratis. Juli August gibt es einen Mindestumsatz und ich würde wetten, dass es nicht genügend Liegen gibt im Huli/August wenn beide Hotels gut ausgelastet sind. Sehr weite Wege zum Laufen vom Zimmer an den Pool oder Meer. Treppe geht meistens schneller da es nur zwei Aufzüge gibt. Personal ist bemüht aber vergisst auch gerne mal was. Bei der Zimmerreinigung hat man sofort gemerkt, dass es keine Leitung gibt die Zimmer nachkontrolliert. In 10 Tagen wurde mehrmals Putzlappen vergessen, Handtücher zwar mitgenommen aber keine frischen da gelassen. Und der Wechsel der leeren Batterie für die Personenwaage hat leider trotz mehrfachen nachfragens nicht geklappt. Nach dem Checkout habe ich bemerkt, dass ich ein Hemd vergessen hatte auf dem Bett aber das wurde nie gefunden. War zum Glück kein teueres aber vielleicht hat das Housekeeping das Hemd als Trinkgeld oder neuen Putzlappen verwendet.

Gorgeous view of beach,lovely room. Its a shame you have to have a min spend to use the middle pool, in my opinion its silly and unnecessary. The beds are around the main pool are lovely and comfortable. Lovely breakfast.

The Mondrian is a nice hotel. Especially if you are looking for a party vibe. It sits on a beautiful bay and the pool is small but nice. It was difficult to find a lounger by the pool (lots of people ‘saving them with a towel pre breakfast’ and then you should be happy to listen to some pretty serious DJ vibes (all day). The quality of food is good- but the staff’s attention to detail could be a wee bit better. Lots of back and forth and confusion with orders at the pool. Room was stylish. We booked an ocean view jr suite and it was a decent size. But the balcony was solid and so the view was lacking and largely blocked by foliage to the left of the balcony that obscured the view of the bay- and therefore the sunrise- which is amazing if you get down to the beach for a swim as we did. So higher floors probably a better option. You can catch the ferry to Ibiza town from right outside the hotel which was great. And taxis were plentiful. There are a few good restaurants within walking distance and Shanti- did the best cocktails we had on the island… highly recommend. In summary- cool vibe, in a beautiful bay.

Fantastisch personeel, heel vriendelijk, service gericht en gewoon ook leuke mensen. Prachtige locatie en Mondrian bedjes bij zwembad zijn inclusief (in tegenstelling tot dat wat soms in de reviews wordt gezegd). Openbare ruimtes als toiletten hebben even wat liefde qua onderhoud nodig. Te veel dingen die stuk zijn, niet werken, of deuren die niet goed sluiten. Oa toiletten bij receptie en ontbijtruimte. Dat is niet 5 sterren waardig.

The hotel makes a great first impression. The lobby and rooms are beautifully designed, and the scent in the lobby is absolutely lovely. The room layout and interior are also very well thought out. However, there is one major downside: the rooms are extremely noisy. You can hear everything happening in the hallway, which makes it very difficult to sleep and often causes you to wake up from the noise. Apart from that, the location and overall facilities are fine.

Beautiful hotel on a perfect beach. We especially loved how friendly the staff were and the view from our room. We would definitely be back!

great staff, helpful and polite, modern and efficient hotel with a great vibe

The lack of exclusivity with the pool situation really lets this hotel down. Anyone from theneighbouring hotel (Hyde) can use it and it also offers day passes. It was packed the entire time and despite us staying in the hotel we weren’t able to get a sunbed. The lift system is also poor as it’s so slow. The rooms are lovely and clean and the interiors are great. Some of the staff go above and beyond and some are less helpful. Breakfast was good, and the cocktails are great. But overall - due to the pool I wouldn’t stay here again.

Mancanza di accessori bagno; mancanza toilette piscina ; accesso piscina interdetto a disabili; idem per accesso a spiaggia; mancanza di rimpiazzo biancheria da bagno;musica pomeridiana fastidiosa ( volume troppo alto); troppi servizi a pagamento: parcheggio, lettini mare,/ insoddisfacente servizio camere pomeridiano!

Loved our stay, they staff were wonderful from check in to check out. The pool was incredible overlooking the ocean. Breakfast was great. Will definitely be back.

Second time to Ibiza (last time I stayed at Six Senses) and honestly loved this more. The hotel is beautifully located and incredibly aesthetic. Thanks for a magical stay I’ll be back!

Refurbished property with dirty beach, 3 star trying very hard to be 5 but not pulling its weight. Lipstick remodel and everything is cheap about it. Elevators at least 35 years old and have not be serviced.these elevators are bound to have an accident any day now, remember my word. Its hard to get anyone to pickup the phone in the morning or in the day. Paper thin walls, you will hear neighbors. If you need help dont dial it 90% chance it will be busy. And i want to ask Who are all these people who left 10 out of 10? Were they paid reviewers? Dont belive a word. Water and beach have plastic and trash. The worse beach on the island. Do not expect to get medical attention if you need one, you will be left to die. Very low class area and low class unprofessional service
