Comfortable bed, very nice staff and exellent location

Top hotel met zeer centrale ligging. Zeer goede uitvalsbasis om stad te verkenning. Ontbijt is "A la carte", bijgevolg men heeft iets meer tijd nodig maar het iets langere wachten is dit zeker waard. Dit hotel is zeker een aanrader.

All was great with the room and the hotel staff The breakfast is good but late on sat and sunday (be aware of that) The locatation is great Bar have very nice ambient! Also as streets are very small the pick up point for the hotel on plataforms uber/ cabify is not front of the hotel.

Staff were amazing - so polite and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Hotel was quirky with large, minimalist rooms - personally I would have preferred some better lighting in the bathroom and maybe a larger side or table to put things on in the actual bedroom but otherwise was clean and airy. Breakfast served on the roof terrace was just lovely with a wide variety of options (and suitable alternatives for me as a coeliac) and was a highlight of each day :) There was also a welcome drink voucher on arrival redeemed at the attached Cafe de Madrid. Hotel was very central near the cathedral and I would highly recommend a stay here.

We loved our room, it was small, but just perfect. The hotel is in an excellent location, everything is just around the corner or a short walk away. The rooftop is wonderful and the café is a great spot for a drink. But by far the staff are what make this a special place.

Café da manhã muito bom, quarto e banheiro limpos, ótima localização, funcionários atenciosos.

Det var ala carte meny til frokost som var helt super god mat. Rengjøring av rommet hver dag som også var helt topp. Hotellet ligger sentralt til i gamlebyen, så ikke langt å gå til severdighetene. Personalet var veldig hjelpsomme og ga oss mange tips til restauranter og ting å gjøre. Skal vi til Valenciana igjen, kommer vi til å bo på Myr Marques igjen.

Great staff and location for walking.

Todo perfecto, habitación, localización, el Hotel en si. PERO esta en una calle muy ruidosa donde hay bares de copas y se oyen gritos y voces hasta altas horas de la madrugada. Y el doble cristal de los balcones no son suficientes.

The location of this hotel was perfect. Every sight as walkable in old town. The staff was helpful and the room very clean. Loved it!

It would be nice to have washcloths.

Sehr schönes Hotel im Herzen der Altstadt. Schöne, geräumige Zimmer - der einzige Kritikpunkt sind die nicht wirklich schalldichten Fenster. Tolles, serviertes Frühstück mit sehr netter Bedienung. Ein ganz besonderes Lob an die Mannschaft an der Rezeption- besonders Roberta und Daniele- Wir hatten selten ein so nettes Team am Empfang- immer freundlich und hilfsbereit! Wir waren begeistert! 5 Sterne + !

Lovely helpful staff! Clean room. Very helpful.

They were doing renovations and failed to tell us until the day before we arrived which is really naughty and when we asked we were told only just agreed. For a hotel it takes a lot of planning and doesn’t just happen ! How daft do they think we are !!!! It was noisy, the hallways smelt of paint, it was an assault course getting down the hallways with no signs of where the wet paint was and it was noisy. Staff were lovely and helpful and hotel itself and was in the perfect place to explore the City.
