Desde el primer momento, el personal me hizo sentir bienvenida, siempre con una atención muy amable y dispuesta a ayudar en todo lo que necesité. El ambiente es acogedor y cuidado en cada detalle. El buffet de desayuno fue uno de los puntos más destacados: variado, fresco y realmente delicioso, con opciones que se convirtieron en mis favoritas. Sin duda, repetiría mi experiencia y lo recomendaría a cualquiera que busque comodidad, excelente servicio y buena gastronomía.

The hotel is not up to the standard of other NH hotels. Very dirty old rooms, elevator disgusting with chewing gum stuck on wall. Non smoking rooms have smoking smell, next to very loud intersection, bed uncomfortable, mould on walls, air condition not working properly in summer. The room given originally on first floor had disgusting cigarettes and rubbish outside the window, which was thrown obviously from the above floors. My advice please either go to another NH hotel but not this one, as this place is purely budget accomodation and not luxury.

We stayed for 5 nights and it was really enjoyable. The room was spacious, clean and extremely comfortable. The air conditioning was brilliant in the room. There is a spar supermarket across the road and the hotel is a few minutes walk to the bus stop where there’s buses every 15/20 minutes to bring you into the centre and it takes about 15 minutes on the bus. The staff in the hotel were very friendly. We didn’t include breakfast but we did enquire one morning and it was €19 per person which we felt was a bit pricey. We made use of the rooftop area and used the sun loungers and the pool. Towards the weekend on the Friday and Saturday it was very busy and we didn’t get loungers.!

It was our first visit and totally enjoyed our stay! My wife and I are retired, I worked in the hospitality industry for 40 years and acutely aware of service standards. From check in, to dinner and breakfast and check out, everyone was excellent!
