The front desk staff were super nice. The hotel was clean and modern. The area around the hotel is interesting. It’s full of what appear to be wholesale businesses selling stuff from the container ships. There were a lot of interesting places to eat, mostly chain restaurants, but interesting ones we’d never been to before.

Habitación amplia y espaciosa, aunque el mobiliario algo deteriorado por el uso. Cama muy confortable que permite el descanso.
Los tabiques entre habitaciones no son muy gruesos por lo que se escuchan las conversaciones de las habitaciones contiguas.
Hacer mencion a la recepcionista de tarde del día 11/09/2025, por si escasa empatía, simpatiay carencia de información.
Por último reseñar que no nos ofrecieron el servicio Vip, botella de vino, que indica Expedia

Not very walkable. Near factories and very noisy at night. The building itself is huge but the hotel only goes up to 3rd floor. It was very loud above us I don’t know what’s going on.

I had to change the room because of odour, I took a bed room with twin bed the bed had tyres that was moving such that you cannot sit on the bed with pillow the bed keep on moving, the breakfast was ok and the front desk was so supportive, I asked for a tax to Gibraltar it was so quick , serving with smile

Amazing service, friendly and helpful staff even if some if them don’t speak English they make the effort to understand and help you. The rooms are spacious, clean and airy. The only thing is that it would’ve been nice to have a different breakfast every morning as its gets a bit boring if you are staying there for over two days. However I would definitely be recommending this place.

Verano en España, todo hotel necesita un buen aire acondicionado, y en nuestra habitación (una sauna al llegar) necesito dos horas para poder enfriarse, y aún así no enfrió mucho.
