관광하기 위치가 아주좋읍니다. 직원분들 친절하십니다. 숙소선택 잘했단 생각입니다

직원분들이 엄청 친절하셨고 방도 깨끗하고 조용했어요ㅎㅎ 바로 앞이 메트로폴파라솔이라 위치도 좋았어요!!

방크기는 매우 작아서 큰 캐리어 하나 펼치기에도 방이 협소합니다. 시설은 깨끗하고 테라스뷰에서는 파라솔을 볼수 있어서 좋아요. 조식은 야채가 하나도 없어서 아쉬웠네요. 직원분들은 너무 친절합니다. 방에서 창밖에 소음은 방음이 잘 되나 호텔도어는 방음이 안되서 복도에서 말소리가 너무 잘 들려요.

Althogh with a balcony, the room was incredibly small. No wriggle room whatsoever. I am not a huge fan of the open hanger either. Right next to the bed is a basin. The quality of Blbedding was so below average given the room rate. I don't think it is 100% cotton. I liked the shower box, because that is the one and only spacious part of the room. As the room was located right across the famous las setas de sevilla, it is quite noisy even up until 1-2 am. If you are up for some nighttime fun, you'll thrive in it. Otherwise, you might want to avoid the place. As for the reception service and other employees, they were very kind and communicative!

신혼여행으로 세비야에 오는 커플들에게는 여기가 최고의 선택이라고 생각해요! 번화가 중심부에 있어서 유명한 츄러스가게, 맛집들과 정말 가까운 거리에 있구, 대성당이나 이사벨다리 가기에도 편했어요! 특히 일정 다 끝내고 테라스에서 스피커 틀어놓구(객실에 비치돼있어요!) 와인한잔씩 하면 너어무 로맨틱합니당..💕 테라스로 나가면 메트로폴파라솔이 바로 눈앞에 있구요, 호텔 7층으로 올라가면 전망이 좋아서 메트로폴파라솔 돈내고 올라가지 않아도 충분히 즐길수 있어요! 커피포트가 없어 아쉽지만, 테라스에서 아침마다 네스프레소 내려마시니 아쉬움이 절로 상쇄되네요ㅋㅋ 직원분들도 너어무 친절해요!(지도에 직접 맛집 표시도 해주셨음!👍) 신축호텔이라 그런지 가져간 샤워기필터가 전혀 더려워지지 않았네요😁 다시 세비야 오면 또 여기서 지낼거예요!!

신축이라 깨끗하고 직원들의 친절함, 조식도 맛이 있었어요!! 체크인하니 웰컴 드링크도 주시고 너무 만족스러운 호텔이었어요^^ 관광지도 모두 도보로 다녀서 좋았구요!!! 다음에 세비야에 온다면 꼭 다시 머무르고 싶은 호텔이에요^^ 강추합니다!!!

저는 아주 좋았습니다. 친절하고 깨끗하고 편리하며 세련된 호텔이었고 교통도 좋았습니다. 세비야 미술관. 메트로폴 파라솔이 바로 옆에 있어서 좋았고 세비야 대성당등 걸어갈수 있는 위치에 있어서 다음에 여행오면 다시 묵고 싶은 호텔이었습니다. 베풀어주신 친절에 감사드립니다.

Everything

The interior style is cute and not overwhelming. The location is what I like about. It is right next to the Seta De Sevilla and not too far way from the attractions. The only little thing is that the sound insulation is not the best. But we still like it a lot.

It was a cute compact room but very clean and closed to the attractions. Staff was friendly too

We were in Madrid last week and were planning to travel to Sevilla last week for two days and a night at Ocean view hotel. Unfortunately my daughter had a soar throat and bad cold and we decided to postpone our trip to Sevilla one day later. I called and talked to Sergio at the hotel. I explained to him that we are long customer of Hotel.com and explained to him our situation. He was very nice and accommodating. He agreed to change our reservation for the following day without any penalty or extra payment although the notice was late. My daughter cold was not getting good enough for her to travel next day and I had to ask Sergio for the second time to postpone our reservation to the follow my day and he was kind enough to do it. To make the story short unfortunately we ended up not being able to go to Sevilla this time but I was very impressed by this hotel and particularly Sergio and Hotel.com to accommodate us and extend their services. Sergio was very kind and caring and definitely we are going to this hotel next summer because I am sure the hotel is as good as its staff and will use Hotel.con for our reservation because they were very accommodating and considerate as well. Thank you for the good services

I was very happy with the quality and value of the single-guest room I booked here. Multiple front desk bilingual staff were always present and very helpful. Great property and location. Hotel contacted me immediately after checkout about a valuable item I left behind before I even realized it.

The hotel was super loud at night. Teenagers gather every night outside the hotel, with portable speakers, drinking, singing and screaming until 4am. The rooms are so small. The bed was terribly uncomfortable and the bedding was cheap. Was very very disappointed in my stay here

Os funcionários são super simpáticos, principalmente as meninas da recepção. O café é a lá carte e super gostoso. O hotel é literalmente junto ao ponto turístico ‘setas’, meu erro foi não ter pego um quarto virado para ela, pois a noite fica todo colorida ( não sabia).

The room was nice but quite small. The shower with transparent glass door was actually next to and facing the bed, so if you’re looking for privacy while showering, don’t share the room with anyone else. This was weird to us, but I’m not sure how many rooms have this layout. All was clean and in very good condition. Staff were very helpful. We did not eat breakfast at the hotel because several restaurants were near by. The hotel faces the Plaza de Encarnación with the monumental “setas” (giant mushrooms) sculpture.
