Nice apartments and centric. Easy to move around the city

My family and I stayed at Ocho Suites during our visit to Palma and I could not have been happier! We stayed in one of the Deluxe Suites and not only was it very well equipped, clean, and beautifully decorated, but also incredibly comfortable! The staff were very helpful and the food in the restaurant was delicious. We can't wait to visit again!

Amazing hotel. The level of detail was amazing. I really enjoyed the fact that it had a seperate living room with a balcony and you could sit on the balcony and chill and enjoy your time. They level of detail from a beach towel, ghd blow dryer and straightner, a TV that had Netflix and YouTube. Overall a very relaxing spacious room that allowed you to both stay in and go out as you pleased.

We absolutely loved the location of this beautifully designed hotel. It was perfect for our stay (with small kids) and the hotel staff was very nice and accommodating.

A hotel - but more spacious. Finally a place where the bath products don’t smell like men’s perfume, where the bathroom mirrors aren’t lit from behind and that understands that you flat iron can be hard to fit in the luggage. Cozy and lovely decorated, plus the bed had two super fluffy top mattresses, making me feel like a princess. The location couldn’t be better. Pricing was a bit high for a mom with two kids as it’s based on occupancy.

Det lever 100% op til de billeder der ligger på nettet - rummelig lejlighed med fransk altan til gaden, lydisolerede vinduer, to badeværelser, velfungerende aircon og super hjælpsomt personale. Ocho suites er måske den bedste lejlighed vi har boet i - smukt indrettet ned til detaljen med yogamåtte i skabet, gratis frisk vand til køleskabet hver dag og daglig rengøring. Sengen var for blød for os, men det er jo en smagssag, og ved at fjerne topmadrassen sov vi helt perfekt. Samlet set er det et ophold med den frihed en lejlighed giver i forhold til køkken osv men med alle fordelene fra et hotel. Vi ankom sent og uden forudgående aftale sendte Javier os beskrivelse af, hvordan vi fik fat i nøglen. Adgangen til opgangen var nem og hele stemningen i huset rolig og behagelig. Placeringen i byen kunne ikke være bedre. Gåafstand til alt, bedste is lige rundt om hjørnet og taxaerne holder i parallelgaden. Tak for et godt ophold - Vi kommer helt sikkert igen!

Suite (standard): much much smaller than pictures suggest. Also there was a sign on our bedroom window (door with Juliet balcony) that we weren’t allowed to open it so not only could we not access the balcony, but we couldn’t open the shutters behind it, meaning that we had no natural light in the bedroom. Really annoying. Guest benefits: only on the last day did we spot the poster about free drinks in the bar 6-7pm for guests. Would have been nice if we had actually been told about this. Baby cot: biggest grievance. Firstly, we had to Pay 35 euros PER NIGHT for a travel cot. Not even a proper cot. You can buy them for cheaper than that. I actually can’t believe I agreed to it (I swear the listing said travel cot free, proper cot paid for). But most angering was that the mattress was too small for the cot so our baby was falling into the sides each evening. I slept so badly because I kept waking to check him on the monitor and having to go in and move him. Really stressful. It is surely not meeting the required standards. When I told reception, they told me they would tell management (I’ve not heard), and then still proceeded to charge me. It’s as if they didn’t hear anything I told them! Pretty shocking. I really hope they make a change for future guests.

Fantastiskt boende mitt i stan.

This is an incredible hotel in old town. Nestled right between the Castle and the cathedral, you won’t get a better location. Walk to all of the shopping, restaurants and nightlife. The interior design is exquisite and the people who work there are so nice. I will stay here again.

Ocho suites is a MUST STAY! We went on a girls trip and absolutely loved it. Spacious, clean, modern with very cool features. LOVED the location. Tons of restaurants in the area and in the center of all the action, but not on a loud street. Staff was fabulous (and they give you a welcome drink and the cute bar downstairs). One of my favorite places I've ever stayed.
