체크인할 때 길을 잘 못찾았는데 전화하니 밖으로 나와서 안내해주셔서 좋았습니다. 근데 객실은 사진이랑 조금 많이 다른 느낌이에요. 문을 잠그기가 너무 어려웠고 난방 조절이 어려워서 객실이 많이 건조했습니다. 수건은 이틀에 한 번 바꿔준다고 하셨는데 예약한 3박 내내 같은 수건 사용해야했고, 객실 청소는 한 번도 못받았습니다.

Excellent accomodation in a great location, definitely book again

Excellent flat, very clean, spacious, nice view, stunning terrace, friendly staff, great location in downtown.

We were very fortunate that the cleaning lady let us in before check in which was nice. But the room we stayed in was really bad and not shown in and of the photos. You could hear every noise from other neighbours and even the street. The room was a slap together, they basically tried turning an apartment into a hotel, things where put together in a bad way. We found an old pair of underwear in the apartment as well. This thing was old, they had turned crusty and white they had been there for so long, (I assume it was black before). Very disappointed with that. The pool was very mucky and not clear but they cleaned it. The hotel is NOT adults only, we had crying kids and families. Which is fine but the reason we booked was to get away from crying kids. The one huge positive was the location was amazing. Couldn’t have been better really happy.

Es ist dort extrem hellhörig, was es schwer macht dort zu schlafen. Morgens haben die Leute (auch die Rezeptionistin) zudem sehr laut gesprochen, weshalb wir immer wieder wach geworden sind. Außerdem lief das Wasser in der Dusche nicht ab, weswegen Teile unseres Schlafzimmers und der Flur draußen überflutet waren. Obwohl dies während der Sprechzeiten der Rezeption passiert ist, war niemand anwesend. Wir würden dafür auch nicht entschuldigt, sondern nur gebeten, das selber zu trocknen - was uns am Ende eine Stunde unseres Urlaubs gekostet hat.

The stay was great, lovely location and easy to get to from the airport, only issue was it says adults only but there was children in the pool when we arrived.

I was in the center of every where,so no need for Taxi rides everything just walking distance

Great location,pool small but nice to cool off in. Clean but some areas could do with an update, door locks for example. Very helpful staff, shame about the late check in fee, but we knew when we booked So that was fine.☀️🙂 On arrival for door number 32 as there is no sign,🤔

La situación es excepcional y deberían de mejorar para que sus expectativas subieran mucho. Baño mal, la ducha sin puerta, se moja todo el suelo del baño, después a secarlo con una toalla. No tiene bidé Suelo de la ducha en mal estado Muy poca luz en el apartamento No nos ofrecieron la contraseña de wifi La terminación del apartamento regular tirando a mal

La struttura è in una eccellente posizione. La sua condizione però è abbastanza precaria. Noi avevamo un bagno cieco che puzzava di fogna, e l’aspiratore pur presente era non funzionante

Ok, so honestly the only thing why is worth it is because of the flat's location, but in the app it doesn't say that they don't have front desk so we have to wait like 2 hrs when we arrived early, though i wrote them and they let us in earlier than they sent in an email( just a day before!) So they were kind of helpful in this case...BUT the shower doesn't have a door and its extremely uncomfortable to take a shower, everything gets wet and dirty, also the tv didn't work at all, curtains are super hard to move and wifi is so slow, as i said just the location is worth it but i wouldn't stay here again.

Il personale parla esclusivamente spagnolo, anche se scrive in inglese (?). Il bagno era direttamente in camera, a vista... Non di mio gradimento.

Centrico y comodo para visitar la zona turistica...el baño es moderno pero algo incomodo

Está todo muy bien con muchas comodidades y la situación es inmejorable está muy bien situado. El personal muy amable y atentos en todo momento

L'accueil, le loft et le quartier. Seul bémol : la douche n'est pas pratique. Pomme de douche en très mauvais état.

Foi uma grande decepção com a expedia pois as acomodações não foram condizentes com todos os estabelecimentos que já reservei através do expedia. A única coisa que salvou foi a localização.

A localização é ótima, praticamente no centro e próximo dos principais pontos turísticos. Fizemos tudo a pé. Mas o apto em que fiquei é apenas razoável. Mesmo espaço dividido entre cama, uma minicozinha e um banheiro interno muito mal acabado. Nenhuma amenidades de banho. As toalhas não foram trocadas em nenhum dia. Para abrir nossas duas malas tivemos que abrir um sofá cama, que acabou molhado no último dia de nossa estadia devido vazamento no ar condicionado. As janelas também não abrem.

Im Radius von max 2 Km ist Alles zu finden, Shopping von Du Luxe Läden bis hin zu einfachen Geschäften, vielfältige Gastronomie, Bushaltestelle in 100 m Entfernung, Parkhaus ca 200 m entfernt im Kaufhaus El Corte Ingles ( Kosten 24 Stunden 19,90 €) Parken vor der Unterkunft ist nicht möglich. Zur Zeit wird auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite der Calle O´Donnell ein ehemaliges Kaufhaus saniert. Arbeitsbeginn z.Z. ab 06:00 Uhr. Dies wirkt sich erheblich nachteilig aus. Bei geöffneten Fenstern können in der Nacht und in den frühen Morgenstunden weitere Lärmbelästigungen auftreten, wie z.B durch Personen, die laut durch die Strassen ziehen aber auch durch Müllabfuhr oder Zulieferfahrzeuge. Rezeption nur stundenweise vorhanden. Rechtzeitige Kontaktaufnahme vor der Ankunft dringend empfohlen.
