허니문의 마지막 1박이었는데 호텔 응대가 너무 만족스러웠습니다. 화장실 구조가 조금 이상하긴 했는데 방은 깨끗했고, 시설도 다 좋았습니다. 직원들이 특히 친절하고 바르셀로나에서 만난 사람중 영어를 제일 잘하네요.

호텔의 위치나 뷰.서비스. 등등의 전반적인 호텔품질은 좋으나.. 객실 창문을 못열게 만들어놔서 환기를 못해서 객실이 엄청 답답합니다. 청소할때도 환기도 안시키고 하던데 먼지들 그대로 방안에 들어오고... 또 욕실이 투명창으로 되어잇어서 침실에서 다보이는점이 단점이구요... 하지만 전반적인 서비스품질이나 기타 여건들은 상당히 좋은 편입니다..

Overall, we were very happy with our stay. The hotel is well maintained and has a modern feel, the common areas, restaurants, room, pool, everything looks fairly new with high level finishes. The room was really nice, the bed was comfortable and we really liked the shower in middle of room (we thought it was a great layout). Most of the staff were very helpful, friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was better than most hotels we've stayed before. The location is excellent to see all the sights. The only thing that could be improved is some of the security staff were a little aggressive in questioning us upon our return to the hotel in the afternoon. Just because we were wearing shorts and t-shirts doesn't mean we can't be guests at your hotel. Maybe some additional training for that is all that's needed.

The hotel is beautiful. The staff are always friendly and anxious to help in any way. The rooftop pool and bar are exceptional. We stayed a week for my birthday and the staff brought balloons and chocolate to our room. We would happily stay here again.

The location for this hotel is fantastic - close to the old town but easy walking to everywhere else. Also the metro is just across the road.
The room is very basic and not for the modest. Their is no bathroom privacy - the shower is in plain sight of the bedroom with clear glass and absolutely no privacy. It is very confronting and I feel should be made clear on the room description, as I would not have chosen this room or hotel based on this fact. It's very uncomfortable.

Overall, we were very happy with our stay. The hotel is well maintained and has a modern feel, the common areas, restaurants, room, pool, everything looks fairly new with high level finishes. The room was really nice, the bed was comfortable and we really liked the shower in middle of room (we thought it was a great layout). Most of the staff were very helpful, friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was better than most hotels we've stayed before. The location is excellent to see all the sights. The only thing that could be improved is some of the security staff were a little aggressive in questioning us upon our return to the hotel in the afternoon. Just because we were wearing shorts and t-shirts doesn't mean we can't be guests at your hotel. Maybe some additional training for that is all that's needed.

The location for this hotel is fantastic - close to the old town but easy walking to everywhere else. Also the metro is just across the road.
