OttoH Charm offered a lovely, reasonably large room with a very comfortable bed, plenty of pillows and blankets, a large clean bathroom with very modern fixtures. The A/C worked great. There was a walkout onto a patio that was shared with the next room. Two chairs on the patio but no table so it wasn't very useful and the chairs seem to be indoor chairs, not comfortable patio type chairs. The room also had a refrigerator. The only downsides were that the room was poorly lit as there was no overhead lighting, but with the curtains open, it got lighter. Our coffee machine did not seem to work well but we were on the ground floor where there was a coffee machine in the little lobby. There was only espresso, no coffee creamer. There was a great water machine in the lobby for cold or hot filtered water. The location was very good, close to areas with restaurants, and other activities. We enjoyed our stay there. The only other slight downside is that there is no personal contact with the staff. There is no one on site. That's probably fine, but it would be nice to see someone when you arrive. We saw no staff at all during our two night stay, but they did go into the room to make the bed and clean so we know that cleaning staff were there.

Nice, clean place very close to the city center

Excellent stay - very responsive team on calls/whatsapp, with all details on checking in and door codes (no keys) provided. Interaction with staff was very positive, provided an iron as asked promptly. Excellent location, quiet area, but easy walking distance from the old centre (5-10min as well as to the university (15 min). Would definitely stay again

Quiet, clean, rustic, small hotel with an authentic Spanish feel to it. Very comfortable and pleasant.

Bathroom had a leak so stank the whole time. The coffee cups weren't cleaned properly and had visible marks. Even after they were eventually cleaned, they were still dirty. Disappointed with the plastic coffee capsules. Never saw the front desk after the first day. Extortionate price for Fallas period, especially that you maybe get 3 hours of quiet during the whole night.

Great hotel, located close to the city and the sights. Room was perfect!

The room was spacious and light. The bed was very comfortable. The location was great - close to the main attractions and bus stops, park etc. I was a little worried when I arrived as it was down a small side road, but in the evening it was very well lit and felt safe. The keycode locks were great as there was no need to carry a key and codes were emailed on the day of check in for a trouble free arrival. (Reception is only manned between 10-2.) There was an extra bed in my room made up as a 'day bed' sofa. Unexpectedly, there was a mini fridge and Nespresso machine. It would have been nice to know in advance as I could have brought some decaff pods from home! However, there were only espresso cups in the room so a big mug of coffee wasn't going to happen. Until I found a larger coffee cup in the reception area! I also found a water cooler machine downstairs (unfortunately only after I'd carried a 6 litre bottle back from the shop!). All in all, a great place to stay but a little more information about the facilities beforehand would have made it even better! I wouldn't hesitate to book this place again.

Excellent accommodations, not fancy but perfectly simple. Loved staying there. Will definitely be back!

Buen hotel

We had a pleasant stay. The twin beds were comfy and the air conditioner worked well to keep things comfy. Some minor issues were around the stained bed spread and the door that required us to slam it shut to lock. The room was basic and could have used a stool or something to keep our luggage out or the way. The location was ideal which is what you’re paying a premium for.

Muy buen lugar y muy céntrico

Lovely room in a very quiet area of the old city, although only 5 minutes walk to everything you would need. The room is lovely and sympathetically restored, the bright orange bathroom is great! Check in and out was quick. Just of note - no mini fridge on the room. Although there is cold drinking water by reception, a fridge in the hot weather would be most welcomed.

Very good design and interiors. Comfortable stay. Central location. I was not very happy with the bath set up though. Even the wash basin is not suitable for kids.

Excellent location for Old Town. Very walkable. Spacious room.
