This hotel is lovely. Everything is close within the hotel so easy to access where you want to be.
The Swimming pool is a sloping one and the deep end is 1.45mtrs my daughter was able to stand up in it fully. The only floating rings they allow can be purchased for €6 at their mini shop which is on the same floor as the snack bar.
The food was yummy, smaller choices than on previous places I have stayed, but actually that was better as this meant what there was was replenished often and it was nice and hot too. Even my little one who struggles with food found something every day to eat, tbh one of her faves was the snack bar and the Cheese Burgers and Chips.
The cocktails were yummy too, Pina Colada being our favourite!
The staff are so lovely and friendly too.
The room we had, Premium 2 Bedroom, was spacious and great for what we needed. The water pressure in the shower is great too and they provide a Tea and Coffee Tray with Kettle too, it is PG Tips for anyone who likes their Tea and has a favourite. There is also a fridge in the room.
There is a 24h Supermarket just across the road, perfect to grab your pack of Lays for on the balcony.
We had a lovely 5 night stay and would 100% be back again.

개인적으로 침대나 객실 상태는 별로였지만
부대시설은 좋았고, 특히 수영장이 많아 좋았지만, 한개가 밖에있는 것인지 몰라 못가봣는데 그것이 제일 좋아보여서 아쉬움이 있다. 식사또한 좋았음. 단지 객실상태가 주변 호텔들이나 리조트에 비해 좋지못했음. 위치는 관광객들이 많이 사는곳에있어 좋았고 바다까지 20분정도 느긋하게 걸으면 좋다. 셔틀도있음.

Der Nightmanager war überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Das Frühstücksbuffet war lieblos allerdings von wirklich allem etwas dennoch nicht von hoher Qualität. Der Kaffee schmeckte sehr industriell.

Room was very comfortable and clean. Staff was friendly. Food was OK. Not bad, but just very basic. I would say 95% of the guests are from the UK, so beans for breakfast was inevitable. The hotel could use some paint and renovation here and there. Did not like the restaurant. Seems it was in the basement with lots of artificial lights, super crowded with plastic chairs and tables.

Have been numerous times to Paradise Park as we live very close and enjoy a few days away. However we thought that the food at dinner was very limited this visit not enough choice too much junk food. But the staff always friendly and helpful. Disappointed.

Soggiorno eccellente sotto tutti i punti di vista. Dal clima alle persone, è davvero tutto ottimo. Struttura servitissima, personale disponibile e attento. Ampia disponibilità e varietà di cibo. Staff were really friendly and worked really hard to keep the guests happy. There was a great variety of food in the morning for breakfast and tasted great.
We stayed in a family room and it was large although on the lower ground so not a great balcony although meters away from the pool and the restaurant.
I would recommend the hotel and would stay here again.

The hotel is fabulous. Rooms are very spacious and comfortable. Ours had two bedrooms and a beautiful see view that we enjoyed from the balcony.
They offer a great variety of food across all buffet meals. It's fair to say that mainly cater for the British with roast dinners every night and full English breakfast in the mornings, but there was also grilled meats and fish, pasta and pizza stations, traditional Mojo from Canarias and lovely starters and desserts. My son really enjoyed the chocolate fountain!
But the best of all is the service. Across the board all staff went the extra mile to ensure we had a pleasant stay. We'll definitely be coming back. Thank you everyone for such dedication. I genuinely never been in a hotel were the staff was as caring and thoughtful as in Paradise Park.
