Incredible. The welcome at check in was really cold. And they refused to keep my daughter’s diabetes medicine at the fridge. Not really the pelegrinage spirit. And no breakfast offered. Was not a good stay.

Muy flojo, no limpian la habitacion, el servicio regular.

Room smelled like cat urine. The ammonia smell was so strong we had to open the door and the window. There were a lot of women hairs in the wall of the shower. The staff were rude and not helpful. I took a shower and the water leaked covering the entire bathroom floor. On top of that the room was next to the coffee machine and the sound of the machine woke us up every 5 minutes since 5:00am.

Central location, clean and modern, comfy beds.

Adorei o hotel! Bem localizado. Café da manhã diferente, tem poucas opções, mas tem coisas gostosas. Quarto amplo.

Our room was beautiful. This building is old with character. It was great to have air conditioning. The Camino is very close.

Familjärt och trevligt pensionat. Plus att det ingår frukost, fanns tillgång till tvättmaskin och att det var fräscha och nyrenoverade rum.

We stayed here while walking the Camino. The hotel is situated just steps away from the trail. The hotel was clean with modern bathrooms. We loved the charm of the building in downtown Arzua. The hotel is located near many restaurants and shops. Would definitely stay here again.

Algo complicado ya que llegamos en domingo y cierran recepción muy tempra, nos vinos algo apuradas y aquí veníamos caminando por el camino de Santiago El lugar está bello y limpio, tiene buena ubicación

Pablo and his mother waited for us to do the check in, I felt at home when they both welcomed us, they even sent transportation to pick us up, and the customer service was great! Breakfast in the morning with other pilgrims was a plus for us, we met a lot of people, the atmosphere of friendship and respect that Pablo his mom and the little dog offered make our experience there unique, will definitely visit them again and I recommend to those looking for a personal unforgettable experience. In regard to the room was perfect and very clean.

En general bien,le faltaba algún detalle,como otro sitio para poner maleta,alguna balda en el baño,no se puede poner el neceser,la luz de emergencia es muy potente y alumbra mucho la habitación,pero por otro lado camas cómodas y limpieza buena

We are not sure if it was the hotel or the luggage transport company, but our luggage got misplaced. The hotel blamed us for not having it down in time, when ours was the first in the lobby.
