Absolutely perfect location. 10 minutes walk from the bus station. 2 minutes from the nearest ice cream/cafe/burnt cheesecake. 3-5 minutes from any number of bars and restaurants. Wide tree-lined pedestrian area beneath our bedroom window leading past multiple restaurants and ice cream stops down to the harbour. Opera singing buskers serenaded beneath our window on a couple of evenings. Our double bedroom was snug but had a room safe, en suite shower room and plenty of hanging space for your clothes. 2 excellent communal coffee machines down the hallway. Very helpful reception staff. We'd happily stay here if we visit San Seb' again.

Great property with a wonderful staff. Location is perfect. Can’t imagine a more convenient spot to enjoy San Sebastián. The only downside, and it was big for us, was the noise. We were in room 1. Rooms 1-6 face a plaza bordered by a busy street. Starting at first light, a procession of daily street cleaning, waste removal,etc begins. Sleep at that point is impossible. I don’t know about the other side of the building, but I think it would be better. I would stay again, but try the other side.

Very convenient location for wining and dining. The room has everything we needed.

The hotel was as expected. Rooms were clean and simple with enough space, the showers had good water pressure, and Nespresso coffee was available. The beds were slightly thin, and you could hear everything in the hallways, but this was as expected from other reviews we read. Location was the big win here: one block from the best area of town for Pintxos, and three blocks to access the water on any side. We enjoyed our time here!

This pension is very nice.

Perfect for three people for a week. Yes it is noisy at night because you are in the center of the old town but that's what we wanted and it didn't bother us. Staff are really lovely and friendly and gave very good information. They will give you more coffee pods shampoo toilet paper everything you need for your stay. Really perfect place to stay in San Sebastian and I would happily go back anytime.

旧市街バル巡りには最適です。 途中で休憩できるのでとても良かったです。 ビーチも新市街も歩いていけます。スタッフの方もとても親切で安心して泊まることができます。

I like the way they phoned to help us locate , nice coffee and common area , superb location in the old town ! Parking costs might add up for many days , but for a few days it’s so worth it

スタッフ皆様とても感じが良く親切にしていただきました。高齢の母を連れていたのですが部屋も快適でゆっくり過ごせました。あまり距離を歩けない母にはバルが近くに沢山あり、散歩コースも豊富で喜んでました。是非また利用したいです。

Reception was so friendly and helpful. Went out of his way to make sure everything was right. The location is excellent with bars and restaurants. Room had tea and cofffee, plates , glasses even a fridge. We took a dog which was no problem. Parking in underground car park 800m cost €20 with discount from reception.

Tout était parfait: l’accueil, la chambre qui était agréable, moderne et confortable pour une famille. Très bien équipée : un vrai plus. Le calme règnait dans la Pensión et tout le bâtiment. Par contre la nuit il y a eu beaucoup de bruit dans la rue (chants de passants, etc)

Our experience at this pension was disappointing. The room was much smaller and more basic than the photos suggested. The air conditioning was broken, and despite asking twice, it was never fixed, making the stay uncomfortable. Road noise was constant, the pillows were thin and uncomfortable, and there was no hot water on the first morning. The staff were nice but did not speak English, which made communication difficult. On the plus side, the location is good, and there is a lift to the second floor, but overall, I would not recommend staying here.

Très bien situé, chambre propre et spacieuse. Lit confortable et salle de bain agréable. Personnels adorables. Nous reviendrons !

Posizione strategica per visitare tutta la città, comodità alla spiaggia. Pulizia e servizi ottimi.

Well thought out accommodation in the heart of the bustling old town. Very friendly and helpful staff. The downside of being so close to the action is noise, but we expected it and didn’t bother us. Eco points dropped for having those small plastic containers for shampoo and shower gel. Please replace with refillable containers! 😊 All in all an inexpensive stay in the midst of the town which is clean, modern and friendly. Oh! And the shower was amazing!!!

とても便利な所にあります。 買い物もレストランもすぐに行けます。 部屋は清潔でシャワーの水圧も良かったです。 エレベーターがあるので荷物が楽に運べます。 またサン　セバスティアンに行く機会があれば是非利用したいです。
