The AC worked great, there is a laundry washing machine available that costs only 2euro to use, and they provided laundry soap as well. After handwashing for weeks, a washing machine was absolutely amazing to use.
It could be a little cleaner in shared bathroom spaces, but for two young travelers we didn’t mind. We much preferred it to crowded hostels.

We had a great stay here! The property owner was incredibly kind, attentive, and accommodating. The room itself was clean and had everything we needed. The room had modest furnishings, but we weren’t looking for anything fancy. It was an excellent location, a cool building, and a great price! My husband and I are very pleased.

事前にチェックインの時間を確認していただき、スムーズに対応していただきました。
お部屋はとても綺麗で快適でした。季節柄、室内の洗面、シャワーブースが少し寒かったです。共用のものも利用できますのでその辺りはそのあたりは解消可能です。洗濯乾燥もできたのでとても助かりました。他の部屋の音もあまり聞こえることなく快適に過ごしました。ありがとうございました。

We stayed there for 1 night our first night in Barcelona Spain , we found bed bugs all over the bed especially under the covers , like they haven’t cleaned it . Definitely don’t recommend it here . i have pictures of the bed bugs on the bed all together

This was not a professional hotell/pension. It was run by a private person. No real reception, staff and service available. The rooms had very low standards and everything felt dirty.

Staff was very friendly and efficient, location is amazing, room was very simple but was what I expected. But the bathroom smell was horrible, had to keep the door shut all the time(smell like cat piss and humidity). Had to use the commune toilet and shower because it was unthinkable to go in the toilet/bathroom of the room.

Convenient for a conference I was attending. The view here is over the 1st floor rooftop area of other properties.
This was straightforward basic accommodation on an upper floor of an apartment building. Access is by by stairs or lift. The owner lives upstairs from this pension.
Bathroom is up several steps from bedroom level, so not suitable for young children, or those with balance problems, poor mobility, or poor eyesight.

Ja das leidige Thema Sauberkeit.... Es war alles sauber was man benutzt, der Staub auf den Fensterrahmen etc. entspricht nicht dem deutschen Standard aber es gibt wichtigeres, oder?
Es ist extrem hellhörig, mein Zimmer grenzte an das Nachbarhaus und auch von dort habe ich manchmal etwas gehört. Dank einer früheren Rezension hatte ich Ohrstöpsel dabei und damit war alles gut, zumal niemand in meinen 5 Tage dort absichtlich laut war

La peggior struttura che ho mai prenotato in tutta la mia vita. Non so come certe strutture possano avere la possibilità di affittare camere. Nello specifico la nostra camera era sporca sia il pavimento con tanta polvere sia il copriletto con innumerevoli capelli. Per nn parlare del piatto doccia. Inoltre l'unica finestra della stanza si faceva molta difficoltà ad aprirla e per finire i cavi che alimentavano il condizionatore passavano dentro la doccia. Da film horror

Check-in and out was made very easy, even when I arrived at 1am. Amazing location, close to shops, metro and food options. Very attentive staff. Room and attached bathroom was basic as expected. Heater, AC and clean linen. Overall a bit old and could do withe a full paint and refurb. But having said that, this was really good value for money.
