1. Each bed doesn't have curtain so there was no privacy. 2. It was kind of noisy because of other roommates. 3. The shower head was not good in my room. Water was weak and the bathroom was a little bit dirty. 4. Hair dryer is only in common bathroom.

우선 공항에서 버스로 20분정도 거리에 있으면서도 구겐하임 미술관과 굉장히 기까워서 위치가 너무 좋았습니다. 직원들도 굉징히 친절했습니다. 다만 사물함 손잡이가 조금 독특해서 열고 닫을때 소음이 발생하는 점, 화장실에서 이상한 악취가 나는 점만 보완한다면 더 훌륭한 호스텔이 될거같아요. 그 외 호스텔의 전반적인 시설과 인테리어는 세련되어 외관상보면 호텔처럼 보입니다.

전반적으로 깨끗하고 좋았어요. 단지 저녁에 책을 보고 싶었는데 볼 장소가 마땅히 없었던게 많이 아쉽더라구요

호스텔을 많이 다녀보지는 않았지만(서너군데) 그 중 가장 시설이 훌륭했습니다. 위치도 구겐하임 미술관과 굉장히 가까워서 편했고, 다음에 빌바오를 혼자 들리게 된다면 다시 이용할 것 같습니다. 한 가지, 침대에 콘센트는 없고 USB 단자만 하나 있는 게 불편했네요. 방에 공용으로 몇 개 벽에 있긴 했지만 멀어서 이용하기 힘들었습니다.

전용욕실 더블베드에서 저렴한 가격에 혼자 출장으로 지내기 나쁘지 않음.

진짜 최고에요 깨끗하고 위치도 좋고ㅜㅜㅜㅜ 3박했는데 더 하고싶었음... 이불 너무 깨끗하고 청결해서 행복했어요 대신 아침이 없는게 단점이지만 빨래 가격도 싸고 다음에 빌바오에 간다면 또 묵을거에요:))

Check-in after 00:00 is tricky. No personnel at reception during the night shift. You have to self check-in using the machine, which is not very user friendly. I've spent 15 minutes dealing with all paperwork. In general - OK and clean.

Arrived late at night and someone else was in my bed. Had to wait in the lobby for the few hours I was planning to be there. Rooms are hot despite A/C advertised. Beds and bunks not comfortable.

Hola, buenos días, por clarificar algunas cosas en relación a los motivios que nos hizo cambiar de lugar. Lo primero que nadie quiere cambiar de lugar habiendo pagado uno para irse y pagar otro sin motivos justificables. Igual al no haber hablado con uested idrectamente se rompe la cadena de la información. En primer lugar nunca dijimos que hiciera mal olor, sino que el olor a limpio al que hace referencia, era un olor insoportbale por la intensidad de los productos utilizados, que nos llegarona provocar dolor de cabeza e irritación en las vías respiratorias y la lengua. Su trbaajador estuvo 2 minutos, nosotros una hora. inntentamos, abrir las ventanas para poder hacer una siesta y que el olor penetrante a químico de ambientador o de otro producto se fuera, pero ni se acababa de ventilar ya que las ventanas no abrían lo suficiente y no existiía correiente de aire y el ruido no nos dejaba dormir.Intentamos dormir con las ventanas cerradas y el aire, pero el olor químico era insoportable y molesto ya físicamente, como ya hemos indicado. La solución de cambio que se nos dió fue peor, pues solo abrí un poco una ventana,el ruido era mayor y el olor igual. Veníamos de un viaje larrgo y necesitábamos descansar pero fue imposible ante los hechos descritos, las molestias de tener que cambiar de hotel. This was a lovely hostel for the price. It was filled with backpackers on the Camino so the common spaces for food and extra outlets were always full. Beds were decently comfortable but without fans or curtains. Internet was VERY spotty, I had hopes of working there but was not able to. Location is great, you are a few minutes walk from the Guggenheim and surrounded by bars, restaurants and cafe. There is a bus that takes you directly from the airport to around 5 minutes away from the hostel.

El hostel tiene una ubicación maravillosa y, sobre todo, la atención del personal de primera. Estuve en una habitación con 10 camas con baños dentro. No valen la pena. Saliendo al pasillo hay un baño compartido que no se usa. Bilbao es una gran ciudad.

99 countries and 100s of hostels here. Reading reviews, I cannot understand people giving 10 or 9 points, this is at best a very average place and not at all any upper class hostel. I will give some suggestions on how to improve. The checkin is via some machine at the entrance. At opening, it will form a queue. An employee will stand there and guide guests through a quite time consuming process typing in all data. In a normal hostel, this employee could check in all the guests in the queue in 1/3 of the time. Wifi is the slowest I have experienced since a beach hostel in Mexico 2010 on 56kbps dial up modem. Absolutely ridiculous. Not even during the day when everyone is out touristing its faster. If you get a lower bunk bed you will not be able to sit up in it. Its very low distance to upper bed. Lockers: for some reason they have numbered lockers and in my room there were lockers at the back and in the middle. Beds near the door may have locker at the furthest location, which is illogical. Also, lockers are placed right next to some beds, so guests will need to fiddle with padlocks 20 cm from someones face if they sleep. In a normal hostel, the bed nearest would be attached to this locker to make it more comfortable for all guests. There was only one coffee/tea cup in kitchen. No tea spoons. It would also have benefitted with coffee/tea included. Few charging points in room, although there is a USB-A at bed. However, this doesnt suit everything you want to plug in.
